It is more than obvious that he is dirty, but American athletics certainly won’t take another medal contender out of the game. Someone like Ajee Wilson got away without a problem as well. Agreed, 12 relays per event would be more than enough. Overall the relays aren’t really competitive, especially on the women’s side where there will be 4 medal contenders at best in all events.
