Men’s Quotas: :BRA:CHI

Quota goes to :CAN actually. Of the three teams with one win (the others being :CHI and :PUR) they had the best match difference.

Don't know how Chile lost so easily to Puerto Rico, and then today gave a hard time to both Brazil and Canada. They're coming for multiple medals at the Pan Am Games, I think...

:CAN Won 1 match (3-0) , lost 2-3 & 0-3

:CHI Won 1 match ( 3-2) but lost 2-3 & 1-3

:PUR Won 1 match (3-1) but lost both matches 0-3 .

It should be :CHI winning the quota , isn’t it?

It is always better to have a knockout format to avoid such complexity.

Sure, but it's my understanding that :BRA would have faced :USA in the women's semifinal, and that would have been terrible for us :p
