Kelsey Wog being disqualified from the 200m breast after finishing 16th in the heats *really* doesn't inspire confidence ahead of the medley relays...

 

In better news El Nahas is in the quarterfinals in judo after two easy fights. He faces world number one :GEO Varlam Liparteliani next.

Shady is looking good, he dominated the 9th seed from Azerbaijan, a judoka who he lost too earlier this year. Just wow.

Canada's best fencing finish is 4th (Athens 2004 women's team épée).
