Good try but neah... Your collonialist rule is over, my friend. France no longer dictates who should speak what in this world.

I think everybody's well aware about the doping problem in Kenya. It is questionable whether it its state-sponsored (authorities help athletes to get their drugs) or if they just look away, but whatever. The point is that there is simply not that clear evidence about a systematical doping as we have in the Russian case. Should we wait with punishment for a proven state-sponsored doping fraud until we have checked all other countries? If two burglars rob a bank and we have evidence for only one of them - should both be released just because it would be unfair to the burglar in prison?
And moreover, I really don't see why you make an East-Western thing of it. There is no country in the world which has a better network in world sports than Russia. You really think they let Kenya go on purpose while they punish Russia? That's hilarious in my eyes.

They don't have a state sponsored doping system, more a dont give fuck doping system, which is not exactly the same thing.

PS: can you please stop your "westerner" crap. it's getting ridiculous.

This is very hopeful: Frenchman from 1996 who made the switch to ice only a bit over a year ago and had his first ever 10k today....impressive!

    Also: Tumolero is back, wow!

Sure, it's B-division so a little bit 'easier' to have a good time there, but still, that's some impressive stuff.

Once, as far as I know that was the first and still only time: at the 2014 Asian Games, the Japanese women beat the poor Maldives team 79-0. Japan had 82 attempts, so only missed three (which were in fact missed and not stopped by the Maldives goalkeeper, since 79 shots were shots on goal). Maldives surprisingly had 30 attempts, 22 of which were shots on goal, but all of them were blocked by the goalie.

As I suspected, Brazilian and South African riders are indeed struggling to get on entry lists for the remaining indoor events... Same is happening with Austria and France, but not nearly to the same extent.

    This is becoming quite bizarre...

I'm really surprised at the double standards here. People go crazy when a new cheater is banned, but when a nation creates a state-driven doping program, most people are okay to simply turn a blind eye on the whole situation. Clean individuals can always try to compete as independent athletes. Of course players in team sports would suffer, but that's the price you pay for representing a nation which has been proven again and again not to play by the rules. At this point another slap on the wrist is not going to make any difference. The IOC needs to ban Russia with no possibility of amendments to their decision.

And, really, how come some people still believe this is not about politics? What world do some of you guys live in? We have athletes representing nations competing against one another, and a huge doping scandal led by a nation, and some people still believe this is only about the individual performances of the athletes? Seriously? Wake up, Sleeping Beauty.

For the most part, I'm not interested in the OCs. Really not my cup of tea at all, but If I had to pick one moment, that would be Mohamed Ali during the Atlanta 96 ceremony.
