  2. What a match between Vondrousova and Kuznetsova Such a pity for those three match points... Wondering if Maky still has fuel left
  3. @rybak cool photo! I wish I had a photo with a big sport star. The only one I took was ages ago with Natalija Kostic http://www.itftennis.com/procircuit/players/player/profile.aspx?playerid=100133362

  9. So many matches today. My personal favorites to follow: Chung-Isner, Coric-Zverev, Tsonga-Shapovalov on the men's side; on the women's Wozniacki-Makarova since I hope for an upset, but H2H and Wozniacki's results at the Open definitely favors the Dane, but I'd say Makarova found her form during the US Open series. Vondrousova-Kuznetsova (curious to see how Marketa is going to perform against Slam champion and in what physical and mental condition she is after such a number of matches in the first half of the year and recent (minor) injuries), Zhuk-Putintseva (I am yet to see how Zhuk is playing, but again, the match won't be streamed it seems), Kontaveit-Safarova, Kvitova-Cornet (upset alert ), Stephens-Cibulkova. Well, that's all. I hope I'll catch two or three of them I hope Federer and Nadal won't be in the final four; a GS semifinals with new names would be amazing for ATP. My heart is all for Dimitrov-Kyrgios and Zverev-Shapovalov
  10. His net game is poor though...
  11. Djokovic beat Agut in two sets? Well that's new Aiava in Saint Gaudens quarterfinal
  12. No, I said that because that is my opinion and have nothing to do with my ethnicity and nationality. I really would like to see a non-European nation winning the contest but also, I would cheer and vote for more quality song regardless of the flag standing beside the song name. Okay, if you say I am not eligible, than it's okay
  13. Hmmm, I think it is not a good idea to have another contest. As much as I love music, for a sport forum it might be too much and also, the excitement, importance and all the things regarding TISC may lose its value. However, if there is really strong will for such a contest, I might enter. About winning the TISC... I must say I often feel disappointed with songs selection for the Open contests. I usually expect there for participants to dig deep and select songs which are at the same time less known and also not so much contemporary, for example, it would be better to have less songs from XXI century. I see Open contests as an opportunity to learn more about culture of the particular nation through the music. That would be ideal, of course. Language is not and shouldn't be a barrier for potential win, I still believe that. To have a European winner is also more probable given the percentage of European countries competing. Brazil was close this year to surprise and I think, when we make a retrospective - which songs were nominated and which ones won - one can make a winning choice easier. But after all, it is all about music tastes. I still keep playing despite the fact I am not very much fond of the most selections. But I enjoy the contest that much that a fact doesn't bother me at all I already have a selection for TISC Open 2017
  14. Now or never opportunity for Halep to win a GS. But I would love to see Sveta winning another French Open title Or Mladenovic who actually has a shot to reach the final...
  15. Do you think televote can change the winner? I mean, Portugal probably is not in top 10 of the televote. It would rather be Bulgaria or Sweden
  16. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi!!!
  17. I actually like Spanish song. Such a guilty pleasure True... Even already registered Joshi and Michael are not usually active...
  18. Well, people are different I am really wondering how next Kiwi entry for TISC Open is going to be received
  19. NED MDA HUN ITA POR AZE CRO ESP BEL FRA If any of them wins, good. Studio version of Belgian song I like the most. However, as always, forgettable songs TISC is much better
  20. And yet, last song you nominated was the one I like the most I couldn't stand that song which won TISC Annual or Open, I don't remember which one it was
  21. In my opinion great lyrics. I'll put aside her singing AND appearance though
  22. Well, I have my 5: HUN, POR, ESP, BEL ^^
