    I feel for every non relay runner whose funding is going to be axed soon. What’s the point of funding field athletes. Gaby Logan and Denise Lewis are talking about that.

    Particularly as just Before Chris Hoy predicted they might win gold. Simon Brotheton and Clare Balding both sounded very disappointed with the performance pre crash.

    Excellent bronze for Noah Williams. Come on Emma, Sophie, Emily, Jack, Neah and Kate to get a medal tomorrow and then we have a medal every day.

    It all sounds bad. The track team haivng a bit of a mess of a games.

    Diving is the next boxing. The scoring is getting worse and worse and the judges are very biased towards the Chinese.

    I’d say Campbell is more likely than Muir from what I gather. .

    How I relaxed when the relay medals were given out. And how the three who CJ Ujah stole a medal from all were on that podium.

    That would be pretty bad considering the target is top 5. But we will probably reach over the mid point of the 50-70 target.

    Our target is top 5. Missing by 1 is acceptable but coming 7th or 8th is bad. Even through we will beat all but the top 4 in total medals.

    They should be a deadline for when the judges must decide.

    Fouth in the artistic swimming it seems after the first day. China, Austria, Netherlands ahead. Day 2 tomorrow.

    The BBC are saying the relay result is final.

    Everything should be done within a set time. After that final no more appeals.
