    Archey, Badminton and Judo all at risk of being effectively cut off from funding and any focus I would imagine. Hockey will face a big cut (Talk of £5million) and might have to focus on one gender only. Sailing will face a big cut as well. Swimming is a big problem for the next decade. Won’t take much to get a Sydney no medal result.

    The press are having a go - all the back page headlines are about GB missing out again on gold.

    Half the target is medals but the other half is top 5 so some golds are expected.

    Certainly going to putting UK sport under a lot of pressure if they don’t get top 5 even if we reach 60 medals which is still quite possible.

    It’s been a disaster of a regatta for GB sailing with eveything that can go wrong happening. Massive shame after 20 years of excellent results.
