  1. Depends on what version you want... Optimistic: MS - Bronze, MD - Gold & Silver, WD - Bronze, XD - Gold Realistic: MD - Gold & Bronze, XD - Bronze Pessimistic: Nothing because they all crumbled to pressure and expectations
  2. Cycling would be their best bet actually, but it's not that safe too...
  3. Yes hopefully PH and Malaysia will finally join the SE Asian Gold Club after Tokyo!
  4. While I'm getting myself to not to be grumpy when my body actually woke me up earlier than I planned
  5. Thank you, that's why I want to make sure first since I've came across quite a few people talking about events that are held hundreds of km from the Greater Tokyo area and began questioning the no-fans rule.
  6. Well, do any of those matches were held in Tokyo? I remembered the baseball match people is talking about was in Sendai and there is also sumo (which people keep comparing with the Olympics too) in Nagoya
  7. Briken Calja (Weightlifting) & Luiza Gega (Athletics) Mahoor Shahzad (Badminton) and someone from shooting that they had not decided yet https://www.thenews.com.pk/amp/866064-mahoor-and-a-shooter-likely-to-be-national-flag-bearers-in-tokyo
  8. We don't have any sneak peek yet but the ceremony is already 'lit' The new committee for opening ceremony are dominated by male (looks like the gender equality doesn't work in this part) and one of them boasted about bullying a disabled classmate a few years back
  9. Yeah I’m planning to stop too. Can’t hold it anymore
  10. Haven't checked the rest, but our weightlifters Eko Yuli Irawan will compete a day after his birthday and Deni will compete a day before his birthday (both compete in 25 July)
  11. Nafi Thiam (Athletics) and Felix Denayer (Field Hockey) https://www.vrt.be/vrtnws/en/2021/07/17/belgium-s-two-olympic-flag-bearer-s-in-tokyo-gender-and-region/ Dara Alizadeh (Rowing) https://bernews.com/2021/07/dara-alizadeh-named-bermudas-flag-bearer/ falls to the IOC pressure and added Alona Ostapenko (tennis) https://jauns.lv/raksts/sports/452773-olimpiska-kustiba-aizsak-jaunu-tradiciju-latvijai-atklasanas-ceremonija-bus-vel-viens-karognesejs
  12. Wow, I don't even think this badminton mad nation will get the access for all 3 courts (I hope I'm wrong ofc)
  13. So in the end, I will watch the Olympics from the official streaming service.. It's only USD 2 but I'm still upset since at Rio they provided it for free Also I kinda have to tinker a bit with the TV Box from my Internet provider in order to install the official streaming app, since my TV is still Dumb TV (i.e. not Smart TV) and my TV Box doesn't allow any extra app to be installed
  14. No big mistakes in the Indonesian athletes, except that Riau Ega Agathas' birth month mistakenly listed in olympedia (IOC was correct this time). I'll email the missing birth places later on
  15. If that tragedy means Hendra Setiawan can get another gold, I would gladly accept it.
  16. The safest medal for is probably Eko Yuli Irawan in weightlifting, with the most likely colour is silver. Even if we have first and second seed in badminton men's doubles, neither of them are considered "safe" (according to my standards)
  17. Abidine (5000m) and Houleye Ba (100 m)

  20. Or maybe some pooping, since seeing such images may give some discomfort
  21. Hopefully yes, but the Polish athlete should not have too much hope on that
