    We are getting a gold a day over the last 2 days, i think we can carry that on, but i'm not going to hang my hat on anyone, like i did with toby last night. For sure british taekwondo, and cycling definitly need to deliver at least 1 more gold to avoid serious questions. There is hope

    That i know of, Netherlands: Levreysen is a lock, i dont care that its keirin, hes winning it. Italy have volleyball team final, Germany in mens handball final, i dont know enough about canoe/kayak sprint but you gotta think they have chances there, beach volleyball final maybe not italy then but they have a habit of winning things randomly, am not too botherd with japan they are out of our reach same as australia.

    Who do we have to come in for the men's 4x400 that didnt race today, cause they got destroyed by Botswana with MHS and dobson. I agree they are all chances thats all toby roberts was and he stepped up brilliantly, but none that i can confidently hang my hat on. One gold will be enough for 6th....you'd hope with the number of silver we have

    More likely 7th, the dutch get levreysen to go level with us and then they need one more from somwehere Italy need 3, women's volleyball they are in the final of if they can find two more thats 8th And yes, i believe this does matter

    Two good relay medals, but the madison squad rode it like amateurs and made too many mistakes and i will die on that hill, even before the dutch gained their lap GB had blown 2 sprints by leading out for 2/3 laps before the sprint (im not counting the sprints were they didnt contest to rest), and their change overs were frequently at the wrong times. It definitely cost them one sprint, which if it was their plan to go for sprints you'd have thought they would have prepared accordingly

    Not a great metric, i've made good money of the bookies these games, they had GB team pursuit women has favourites when it was clear they wern't, niche olympic sports is apparently not their speciality. Triathlon relay they had us as favourites as well, i did not win money on that one but for obvious hayden wilde related reasons.
