As @Larajasaid he would get both quotas.
But World Skateboarding does not have any prevision for what would happen with the "missing" quota. USA could not take another skater as they would have 3 on park and 3 on street.

But could we have 23 athletes on street so Skateboarding would have 88 athletes in total? it is possible.

I'm surprised I'm the first person to mention skateboarding? It is curious because I wanted to include some of them on "Breakthrough" but as they had less than 18 years I had to somehow nudge them all on the youth!

    well, that's another story

Old Italian IOC Member Franco Carraro said that most likely there won't be any high ranking official to the Opening Ceremony because they (and also the organizers, even if they will never admit that) are afraid of a possible terrorist attack by the Islamic supporters related to the  vs Hamas (& friends) current situation

    All individuals.

From my understanding of what is not fully written:

Russian and Belarus athletes can not form pairs (as in tennis doubles, etc).
And they will get invitations to sports in which the qualification is already finished or has sidelined them (gymnastics comes first in my mind, but boxing etc).

Would be more intersting if they could still attend olympic qualifiers (as in boxing, or gymnastics world cup) instead of gaining straight quota.

And I love how people just throw the card "IOC does not know what Olympism is all about", as some say that the Pope is not a "real catholic" and so on.

One can just point out how Olympism has its flaws as a philiopshy without point out how it just knows all about it.

spoiler,  and  athletes have alredy faced  athletes in Wrestling and Judo this year...and nothing really unfair happened both on and off the mat

the only shameful episode was the  Kharlan case at the Fencing Worlds last Summer...and it was just a political farce fixed in a couple of days after the social media shitstorm that hit FIE for being senselessly pro-Russian, nothing remarkable actually happened on the piste

if I remember correctly last time in 2020 WT never published any specific list for qualified athletes. they just published their ranking in early days of January like any other month. so I expect the same this time but you never know. maybe they do a better job this time

and yes quotas are 100% confirmed only when they publish the next ranking but I'm 99% sure what I wrote earlier is correct unless they change some scores from past tournaments. (highly unlikely but not impossible)
