    up until the quarterfinals, the qualification rankings were used to seed riders into heats, but in the semifinals, we have the top two ranked left in one heat, how is this even fair?

    Canada had two athletes it did not use in any event. WA really needs to implement a rule that all athletes must compete (like swimming)

    I doubt that. Soccer is the sport practiced by youth in Canada. Men's sport is arguably more competitive worldwide (as in more competitive nations/athletes) and therefore it would need more funding to keep up. However that won't fly here.

    Canadian men for the second consecutive Games only win medals in athletics. It's not sustainable and hopefully something changes in 2024.

    Looks like USA just needs one more gold to pass the USA among two boxing finals and women's volleyball. Their women's basketball team should easily win gold.

    There isn't a better combination than Canadian divers and doing well outside the Olympics and then bombing out at the biggest event. SMH

    What an embarrassment, last place and behind Next time Athletics Canada shouldn't come up with stupid selection process and just pick the top 3 times to go (assuming they are fit).
