  1. I would agree. Despite Hungary winning their group, they’re most likely going to take on Netherlands in the quarterfinals, very tough match for them but a win for them is doable. For Canada, they’re most likely going to be the ones to face Spain in the quarterfinals, don’t see an upset happening. Probably (and hopefully) it’ll come down to the 5-8th place brackets to determine who qualifies for Paris.
  2. Free routine is our weakest event, it’s very much possible that they make the same mistakes in prelims during the final.
  3. Nope you’re wrong, just double checked and Italy is on 483.9390, while Greece is on 482.6918.
  4. Yes, but as there was no European team Olympic qualifier (as France qualified a full team in artistic swimming as hosts) Spain’s quota would get reallocated to Canada should they qualify a team if I’m not mistaken. So, go
  5. Italy, but not that it matters IMO. Spain could possibly secure a team quota tomorrow, which would reallocate the duet quota to Canada (I think) Canada is also in the mix for a team quota, but based off of free prelims, it’s safe to say that Canada won’t be qualifying a team, so the quota is unlikely to go to a nation further down in the rankings.
  6. Duet Olympic Qualification After 2/2 Events: 506.8227 502.3612 501.0251 (Still eligible for a team quota) 486.2096 (Still eligible for a team quota) 483.9390 (Still eligible for a team quota) 482.6918 (Still eligible for a team quota) 479.7140 (Still eligible for a team quota) 418.1646 Quotas:
  7. Nope, it’s today. Only the team quotas are being handed out tomorrow.
  8. For the Olympic medal, I would tend to agree. Front design of the Paralympic medal looks decent though.
  9. Women’s water polo team lost to Italy. Not great.
  10. That’s an Olympic quota for Not really but they’re not losing to
  11. lead 10-8 after three periods. Welp.
  12. Based off of prelim results, doesn’t look like Canada will be qualifying a team in artistic swimming either.
  13. I’m honestly embarrassed with their lack of effort so far in this third period. Wake up girls!! Big game especially with the Olympic qualification up for grabs.
  14. That was a great goal, I can’t even be mad.
  15. lead 8-6 at HT. Really poor period for Canada, could be worse. Couple of deflected shots off of Canadian players leading to Italian goals.
  16. Well right as I said that Canada scored, maybe they heard me calling them out
  17. Tough start for Mia Vallee, and it’s looking like only one of her or Ware will be at Paris. Women’s 3m synchro/individual (was expecting 2 instead of 1) events have to probably be one of the most shocking non-qualifications so far.
  18. Riviere, Beckie, and Scott are all out as expected. I’m surprised Marie Alidou didn’t get the call up, so far she’s scored 8 goals in 9 games throughout the 2023-24 UEFA Women’s Champions League season with Benfica.
  19. Does anybody know if there’s anywhere I can watch the medal design reveal live? Can’t seem to find anything online, but maybe I’m just not looking in the right places.
  20. Chances in swimming, boxing, breaking, basketball, gymnastics, and maybe tennis/weightlifting/archery. I’d say it’s highly likely to happen, Philip Kim has constantly been on the podium at the last three World Championships.
