3/5 ain't bad. The mixed relay has a pretty favourable draw tomorrow, so we'll see. The men's team....we'll see.

For the mixed, Id bring in the two women with the fastest split in the women's 4x400 relay. There is an opportunity to qualify.

Lauren Gale ran well though…

 

Callum Robinson was also one of the highlights. Madeline Price was decent, so she might get changed. Tyler Floyd is for sure out. I would switch Price with Constantine, and Floyd with ? (honestly unsure)

We might need that in order to qualify. Same for Robinson in the men’s 4x400m relay (assuming Misner-Daley  did in fact ease up at the end, and didn’t run out of gas)
