At the Olympics, I'm always happy when any latin american nation + India wins a medal, maybe because in some always they're similar to Brazil.

Brazilian uniforms for the Pan American Games. I have to say that the outfits by Nike from the last Olympic cycle were much better looking than these by Peak, which look kinda cheap (and probably are). Unfortunately the contract with this sportswear company will go until 2024.

Peru will definitely be in top 10. Wouldn't be surprised to see Venezuela out. Brazil, Canada and Cuba will be very close? Colombia and Mexico for 5th place seems accurate but I would give the edge to Mexico.

Peru really wants a medal. With that group I think they can qualify for semifinals.

Brazil announced its Judo team. Mostly new names that have never participated in the Pan Am Games, since others will focus on the World Championship. There are a few exceptions as Olympic medalists Rafaela Silva, Mayra Aguiar and Rafael Silva will go to Lima (none of them won a Pan Am gold before, and that might be their last chance).
