  1. Skier from Arabella Caroline Yili Ng (what a lovely name ) has appeared at races in Canada and should qualify easily.
  2. Watched 12 Angry Men. So simple but soooo good.
  3. Agreed. He looks 12 or something even younger.
  4. I beg to differ with St. Moritz being a very specific track. While it is the longest, start is still very important. I mean, how else can you explain Mirela Rahneva winning women's race last season with a huge margin (one of the best starters with very little experience on European tracks...).
  5. Park City is starter's track. Yun is really as much of a favourite as Nikitina based on those results... I hope he gets gold for both 2014 and 2018, the best skeleton racer in history deserves that. Shame that he might again get beaten by a home boy though... And what are we going to see in 2022? That Chinese pop-up athlete winning gold. Gold medals seem to be reserved for a home nation there. Ridiculous.
  6. FEI Awards 2017 Best Athlete - Isabell Werth Rising Star - Harry Allen Best Groom - Alan Davies Solidarity Award - Retraining of Racehorses in Assam Against All Odds - Emma Booth
  7. Olympic qualification systems were accepted today, at the last day of General Assembly. There are several rule changes. Most importantly, dressage coefficient will be removed from eventing starting in 2018. Show jumping about to become super influential I fear.... Collective marks in dressage have been removed, except the mark for the Rider. NFs have applied to become FEI members.
  8. Estonia, Great Britain and Hungary though are literally holding the last available quotas in their disciplines. It will be hard to keep those.
  9. Leona Popović beats the likes of Sofia Goggia and Marta Bassino in the Nor-Am Cup giant slalom. Looks like she really improved this year.
  10. Well, 2014 Open had as much participants as 2015 Open (41), and yet those PPJs are the complete opposite. All of the other contests had 31-35 participants (really remarkable that none had 36-40 though).
  11. @OlympicIRL I can confirm now that it's Romania who's missing those 10 points. And I forgot to post the final PPJ average. It's 5,24, exactly the same as Great Britain at 2016 Annual. Interestingly, all of the bottom 4 PPJ averages have come from the last 5 contests.
  12. Yes, as long as Dadić can stay within top 300 in the sprint.
  13. That's now 3 memorable Olympic medalists from Atlanta 1996 that passed away this weekend...
  14. I can't access it now, but I think it may be Romania that's missing them. I'll have it checked tomorrow.
  15. As heywoodu explained earlier. There is more drag for them.
  16. How can they decide 10000m by time when B division has an advantage?
  17. @amen09 There is a small mistake in the final scoreboard. Bulgaria finished on 14 points in fact, so should be ahead of .
  18. Jur has been around for a while. Competed at the 2016 Annual in fact.
  19. Singapore is now SGP. They didn't want people to think Singapore was a "Sin city".
  20. Congrats to Hungary. Now, please, finally win that short track medal!!
