Maybe, but it's possible that they won't even enter the qualification event. Qualifier will be held in Saumur next month, and apparently only Fouaad Mirza has been competing in Europe this spring. I guess it's possible that India enters a team for Saumur without any preparation runs, but that would be weird. For comparison, China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Zimbabwe are popping-up all over Europe in the run-up to Saumur...

I doubt the Kingdom of the Netherlands will be winning today though.
