  1. If Paes is not a part of the tennis team, there is a good chance the entire tennis team would be seen separate than the rest of the Indian contingent, lol
  2. Meanwhile, even after partnering the world number 1, he can't make it past the quarterfinals at the Ricoh Open, a tournament played on his favourite surface. All talk, no substance!
  3. Saina wins against Inthanon 28-26, 21-16!! What a day at the Australian Open!
  4. Saina's match currently live on Star Sports 4. She won the first set 28-26! 7-7 in the second.
  5. Srikanth reached the quarters of the Australian open while Tanvi Lad and Sameer Verma lose. Saina's match scheduled for a few hours later.
  6. Saina won as well
  7. I have not been able to make sense of the no-trial policy. Surely a trial helps decide who among the two wrestlers is better and helps us send the best representative to the Olympics. Why is it such a bad thing that the wrestling federation does not want to consider it? Is it very damaging physically? Surely mental toughness should increase post a trial as then the wrestler should be more confident. Can anyone help me understand?
  8. Which makes things interesting as Leander and Sania's ranking together is now better than any other Asian pairing
  9. Too many nerves there. Was hoping for 9-darters. Got 19-darters Happy for Taylor, he deserved it
  10. 2-2 Rooting for MVG! Whoever wins, we are going to see some celebrations!!
  11. Lacklustre performances for the first 2 legs. But Barney's got some rhythm going! Need better darts though!
  12. Next match should be great! Old rivals fighting for their nations! Lewis gets some time to get his act together as well, but only if Taylor can see Barney through
  13. Never ever discount Barney! 2-1 for the Dutch!
  14. Barney gets it back to level. Game on!
  15. What a match by Barney! Mouthwatering final coming up!
  16. Scotland the first big casualty of the quarters
  17. This video is about Siddis a southeast African community migrated to India and they want our support to win medals for India in track and field. Do watch! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1763960357156204&id=1518576811694561
  18. Googled. Can't find. Share if you lay your hands on it please
  19. One of the greatest athletes of all-time, Mohammad Ali passes away at the age of 74. His presence at the opening ceremony of the 2012 games would be one of the most memorable moments from those games for me. RIP sir!
  20. Spain did give England a tough fight!
  21. Yes I thought so cause there was a double 8 and no double 16 in the end
  22. @kapil857 you do make sense, but the fanatic in me is above all rationality! Still can't see Rohan out there with Sania in Rio
  23. Don't worry... Am pretty sure he'll stick around till the 2020 games
  24. Damn! They didn't show the presentation
  25. Phew! What a match... Was hanging in the balance right till the very end... so happy for Paes and Hingis. However Paes' antics didn't go down well with me and surely not with Sania . Probably he was trying to make a statement because he knows he is not getting a chance to play with her at the Olympics. Paes and Mirza didn't see eye to eye in the end at the net. Let's see what they say in the trophy presentation
