Officially confirmed Modern pentathlon women Mariya Gnedtchik ➡️ Veronika Novotná

That's why I am saying first below the line NOW 😁😁. As our Polish fellas announced before that Dominiak got the quota so I was guessing after Gnedtchik not permitted to participate, Novotná should be the next 😊 Anyways, still waiting for the official announcement from the Czech side.

Anyways, that would be first time in the history for to have 4 pentathletes 💪💪💪

Thanks for the good news. Czech federation mentioned that they are waiting for confirmation as Novotná is first below the line. Let's see what they post today.

TEAM ANNOUNCED W - Lucie Hlaváčková M - Martin Vlach, Marek Grycz Jan Kuf - same points in ranking as Grycz but I guess Grycz's latest results played a lot in his favor so they chose him Veronika Novotná - first below the line (according Czech federation statement) and waiting for information whether there will be a reallocation or not .....

So I suppose no possibility to get an invitation based on the ECH result or any other big event medal achievement, only the time, right?

I have a question about Barbora Janíčková. She did not meet OCT but she won a silver medal at ECH few days ago in 100m freestyle in her PB 54,17s. Is there any possibility that she would get an invitation??

Upřímně, reálná šance tam pro Barboru Janickovou, která má stříbro z ME před pár dny na 100m volný způsob, ještě tam může být reálná šance pro Ondřeje Gemova.

Wait, it can be reallocated to another athlete from the same country? Isn't wrestling a sport where you get a quota on name? Not for a country?

Anybody from or has any info Women's 68kg reallocation? I think it should go to Skobelska but if not, next on the list should be Anghel and if also this one is rejected then it's Hanzlickova 😃😃😃 I just wonder why her name is still on wiki, Czech team has not confirmed anything ..... But is there any possibility that the reallocation goes another way? For example, in shooting, as I was told, the reallocation goes to countries that yet haven't qualified any athlete in the certain discipline. If it went similar way, it may go to countries that yet have no athlete in this sport, as there is no Czech female wrestler qualified, only one male - Artur Omarov in GR 97. Just trying to consider any other possibilities as we still know nothing where the reallocations go.....

Thanks for heads up. Czech federation has confirmed it. Looks like it will be official tomorrow who takes the quota but the highest possibility now goes to Jaroslav Abík

It is new reallocation or the old one? Because the one to Miroslav Trunda in eventing has already been decided some time ago and confirmed ......

Czech mixed walk relay today performed 3:02:09 in Dublin which is improvement by more than 6 minutes. They are currently in the qualifying position just 8 days before the ranking closes. Hoping nobody jumps them 😃😃

I don't know who always updates wiki but according to the information there now, Adéla Hanzlickova got reallocation after Khanum Valieva was not permitted to start in women's wrestling 68kg. I was looking for some official sources but did not find anything, even Czech IOC hasn't announced anything yet .... Anybody has more info about it??
