As Tobias Montler has withdrawn from ECH, first below the line, Petr Meindlschmid was officially added to the entries as Czech Athletic Federation confirmed today on their website. So maybe generally, those athletes who withdraw are eventually replaced by those below the line after all.......

True, now I am considering how many quotas available might be in men's trap and women's 50m Rifle.

The best chances for via Ranking Women's skeet - Barbora Šumová (99% sure but waiting for the official confirmation) Men's Rapid Fire Pistol - Matěj Rampula (80% sure, let's see in Munich, but honestly, hard for any shooter to jump him in the ranking and take the quota place)

I think that returned quotas are reallocated from the world ranking that closes on June 9th. I guess not for the same continent unless the quota that has been returned, was earned at the continental championship or continental qualification event. I rather wonder how would the quotas be reallocated in other sports if for example someone is not permitted for the games due to doping or being excluded for a reason. So for example, qualification tournament in wrestling or taekwondo. There is a spot on a name, there were usually matches when winner qualifies, the one who loses won't be at the Games. What if the winner is later not permitted to participate in Paris? How would the quota be reallocated? The athlete who lost to him/her while fighting for the quota would get the spot? Or would be from world ranking?

Unfortunately I have to agree. He has had several opportunities to get the direct quota in the final. Yet, he has always finished as the first below the line who does not get the quota. Hope he has been working with a mental coach. He surely needs that. As if he qualifies via ranking and does the qualification performance in Paris like he did in the competitions this year, he will surely be a medal candidate. And maybe with the pressure he has been feeling lately, it will be hard. Honestly, I hope he makes it.

Firstly, did not qualify any athlete in 10m. In Rapid Fire Podhráský got the quota. So he is not eligible. But of course Rampula could be named on Czech team. From my point of view, Rampula is highest ranked without earning quota. I guess if he does not earn quota today he will get reallocation cause there will be 2 spots from world ranking as already got the quota. And it's hard for non qualified or the athletes who haven't earned quota yet to jump him in the ranking. That's how I see it but of course in shooting anything is possible.

That is true. But also the rules say that one athlete cannot earn 2 quotas despite it is in a different discipline. Because Korakari and Jedrzejewski won the quota on 10m Pistol, the same athlete cannot win the quota in another event, especially when these 2 events are related, so when you earn quota in one of them, you can participate in both events at the Games....

and both already earned the quotas in 10m Pistol.

Any news about possible reallocations? The quotas have not been totally fulfilled yet, especially sprint and keirin. And is on the waiting list - 1st below the line in 2 disciplines now - men's Keirin and women's omnium) and 2nd below the line in men's Sprint and women's sprint. Any expectations or predictions? Honestly, right now, I am surprised that there are only 24 qualified spots in women's sprint when the original number should be 30. Are waiting for the decision till the end of May when could be announced tripartite invitation and other reallocations? Thanks

I think Seemannová focuses mostly on 200m Freestyle. She made the final in Tokyo and NR so I suppose that's where she will be aiming. Honestly, I don't think she would participate in 4 events. But one never knows.
