  1. Odigie/Kok lost in 3 to Rayner/Zajer (was watching, I’m pretty sure they had an 11-8 lead in set 3 at one point?) at the Beach Volleyball U20 Championships to finish joint 9th.
  2. Wheelchair rugby team loses to Japan and have been eliminated from Paralympic medal contention. Had to win by 4.

  5. 38.610 for Mel Pemble in the final! Will have to wait and see if it’ll be good enough for a medal. Edit: Nope.
  6. Qualification is now over, and we know the 32 teams. Host: Defending Champions: CSV: CAVB: CEV: NORCECA: AVC: World Ranking:
  7. Danielle Dorris and Tess Routliffe both through to the women’s 200m individual medley SM7 final!
  8. Opening win defeats 64-53 in women’s wheelchair basketball group stage action!

  10. Arinn Young heats up late in the 2nd quarter, scoring 8, as our women’s wheelchair basketball team takes a 29-24 lead over Great Britain at the half in group stage action! We were down 14-22 at one point.
  11. Really great end to the quarter for Down 14-22, Arinn Young explodes for 8 points late in the 2nd quarter as take a 29-24 lead over at the half!

  14. Nicholas Bennett through to the final in men’s 200m freestyle S14.
  15. That kick by Ouhdadi
  16. Close race in the men’s 5000m T11 so far
  17. No matter how hard I try and avoid it, the results always find a way to get spoiled for me. But ugh, for me it’s not as exciting when it’s not live.
  18. It probably is, but the problem is my computer is getting fixed at a shop right now so that doesn’t really help me… (why did I do it now? I’m not really sure) Trying to find a Paralympic streaming website, like I did in Tokyo, but nope.
  19. Trying to watch para archery, of course CBC Sports (Canadian broadcaster) isn’t streaming it
  20. Why the hell doesn’t CBC sports get the streaming rights to pretty much everything? Wanted to watch para archery now, but nope. VPN doesn’t work as a solution, my computer is getting fixed.
  21. Time for Day 3 of the Paralympics! Guillaume Ouellet in the men’s 5000m T13 (final at 1:14 AM PST/4:14 AM EST), Mel Pemble in women’s 500m time trial C1-3 (final at 4:35 AM PST/7:35 AM EST) are all medal chances but our biggest chance today is probably Nicholas Bennett in men’s 200m freestyle S14 (final at 8:34 AM PST/11:34 AM EST). There’s a chance for a multi-medal performance too, with Danielle Dorris and Tess Routliffe in women’s 200m individual medley SM7. (final at 11:10 AM PST/2:10 PM EST)
  22. 1:47.15 PB for John O’Reily in the men’s 800m final at the U20 World Championships! Finishes just shy of the podium in 4th.
  23. 3:52.90 in the women’s 1500m for Kipyegon!
  24. 12:54.90 for Mo Ahmed in the men’s 5000m. Decent, but not anything special.
