A little bit other form of presenting my idea.

Wow, CCI2*-S eventing with Prix St. Georges. :yikes:

Prix St. Georges is pure dressage, so it's more demanding than dressage at CCI5*-L level. :d

That's why it's three-day CCI-S :p

I would propose a multi-sport of sports which are indigenous and popular to a country or region and have potential to have mass popularity like Kabaddi from Indian subcontinent, Australian rules football, hurling, sepaktakraw etc.

Since most of them are team sports, the quotas can be handed as follows - four best teams and one each from Asia/Oceania, Africa, Europe and Americas; so each sport shall feature 8 NOCs.

NOCs may not be ranked by medal tally but by cumulative points earned in sport. The points earned shall be earned by combination of final standing and a weightage factor decided by whether the sport is indigenous in that region. For example, in hurling Ireland shall have a lower weightage factor then, lets say Kenya.

Probable List of sports

American football

Basque pelota

Hurling

Kabaddi

Sepaktakraw

Wushu

Sambo

Netball

Lawn bowls

Australian rules football

So the World Games of the World Games.

This might sound crazy, but I would love to see an event where every sport depends on music or songs. I have no idea how to call it. The sports I can think of are:

  • Acrobatic gymnastics (FIG)
  • Aerobic gymnastics (FIG)
  • Aesthetic group gymnastics (IFAGG)
  • Artistic cycling (UCI)
  • Artistic gymnastics (even if it's just women's floor) (FIG)
  • Artistic roller skating (FIRS)
  • Artistic swimming (FINA)
  • Dancesport (WDSF)
  • Equestrian (Dressage and Vaulting) (FEI)
  • Figure skating (why not?) (ISU)
  • Rhythmic gymnastics (FIG)
  • Wheel gymnastics (IRV)

Only 8 (edit: 9) international sports federations involved. It could work out just fine.

FIG's games, Nellie Kim is proud.

Oh :(

Can someone play a fun song in the hall and make it get in then?

This is TeamGym. The problem is that currently there's no international federation representing the sport, only the European federation, which organizes European Championships since 1996.

Trampoline, tumbling and parkour would not be included. It's for the best, of course.

Parkour get rid of it, but Trampoline and Tumbling! Those are definitely Gymnastics (and some of my favorite disciplines)

I forgot about a host and motto.

I'm afraid it might seem that I lack creativity, but I would choose as the host city the place where I currently live, Joinville (I'm moving back to Rio in a couple months, though). Joinville has a population of nearly 600 thousand people and it hosts the Joinville Dance Festival every year. It was once the largest dance festival in the world, and remains the largest in Brazil. It's also the only place in the world outside of Russia where there's an official Bolshoi Ballet Academy. It would be perfect for the "Discolympics".

As for the motto, I'm in doubt. It could be:
1) Listen to your passion
2) Move to the rhythm of your passion
3) Let sport touch your heart
4) Your heart beats to the rhythm of sports
5) One heart, two passions (i.e., sport and music)
