@intoronto @Olympian1010 Do you know which athletes have already qualified to Panamerican Games, and how many will in this competiton? I am not too much into these qualifications, and now I am a little bit worried with our chances to get a second quota at women's dispute

Silvana Lima is already qualified to 2023 Panamaerican Games. The Surfing World Games gives 5 quotas to countries that haven't qualified yet (max 2), so there is a chance for Luana Silva to qualify too. Chile (2), Argentina (1), Canada (2), Barbados (1), Colombia (1), Equador (1), Peru (2) and Brazil (1) are already qualified.

Yesterday we also had the end of Main Round 2 for women

Europe - :ESP:GER:ITA:FRA:ISR:GBR:NED:POR are yet on main round. Germany is the favorite up this moment, with full team.

Africa - No athletes from this continent on main round, we might have a reallocation here.

Oceania - Only Paige Hareb :NZL is here. She was, and still is the favorite for this quota

Asia - :JPN advanced with its three surfers. No :PHI or :INA, but surprisingly, we have a :CHN surfer there.

Candelaria :NCA is also in a great position for a Universality Quota

Today we are going to advance a lot at Main Rounds, with phase 3 and 4 for men, and 3 for women

End of the day. We didnt have the main round 4 for men. Lets sum up that

Women

Oceania - Paige Hareb :NZL advanced on competition, and keeps being the best from her country.

Africa - Sarah Baum and Zoe Steyn :RSA advanced at repechage, they still have a long way till the quotas. South Africa still has a third athlete to compete, meanwhile :MAR had one surfer eliminated, and two to competing yet.

Asia - Shino Matsuda :JPN is the last one at main round. She is some steps ahead of her rivals.

Europe - :FRA is unstoppable. All surfers at main round, even Defay who is ineligible. :GER is also competitive with two athletes.

:POR and :NED have one athlete each.

Men

Europe - :ITA:FRA advance with two surfers. But Fioravanti likely will be ineligible. :POR and :ISR are in contender with one athlete.

Asia - :JPN has its full team qualified. And :INA keeps bothering them with Rio Waida and I Ketut Agus. We might have direct dispute for the Asian quota.

Africa - Teva :MAR keeps fighting for his spot, he is the only African at main round.

Oceania - Billy Stairmand :NZL Is in the same situation of his compatriot, Paige. He is the favorite for this quota

Not a bad showing from :GBR today, they put up a fight. Having 3 in repechage 4 gives us an outside chance, but any of the 6 remaining will have to get to repechage 9 or 10 to stand any chance of getting the European quota.

Some updates after frist 2 heat in men's 4th round:

Oceania::NZL Billy Stairmand won his heat and advanced to round 5, top30 (and quota for Oceania) is now sure

Africa: Nothing to do for :MAR Bouchgua, that was eliminated. Bouchgua need to don't finish in the 4th place in his repechage round, or the Africa's Continental quota will be on trouble.

Europe: :POR Morais is out, still 5 European in the 4th round (2x :ITA, 2x :FRA1x :ISR)

Very disappointing result for Vittoria Farmer in the round 3 repechage - she had the highest single scoring wave at 8.33 but could only manage a 0.83 second score. Think she becomes the first Brit to exit the competition - the rest of the guys/girls are in all in repechage action.
