Ski Jumping FIS Continental Cup 2022 - 2023 (Sapporo Okurayama)

Simon stole a petty amount from a teammate, which is bad but like… it’s just kind of amusing as an outsider.   Which is a little different than an ice dance team that came together basically because multiple people wanted to turn a blind eye to sexual abuse. It’s not so funny. And I don’t think there is national bias here on my end, arguably everyone in the leadership of I.AM share responsibility in this (which implicates two of the best  ice dancers of all times).

So, there's no Russia, this is France... So what's the difference between them? Both want success at all costs, but perhaps France does it more with white gloves...

Anyway, this result is sad. And it’s a real blow to the sport of ice dancing.
