Yeah no worries, I'm watching until this final is over and then I'm hoping to be back in time for the Death March. In terms of finals it's really mostly about being able to watch the 100m spoiler free (and possibly first the semis), the long jump would be a bonus although I might finish it before we leave. The women's hammer throw I'll just click on the result

Nice interview though with Busby and Dabó, the guys of yesterday. Busby called Dabó the greatest man with the greatest heart he ever met and said he is an angel, Dabó said he is still very proud of himself

Yeah I see it's showing something, but 1) it's an absolute nightmare to navigate on that site and 2) I don't know if it's possible to replay it. As I said, I don't need anything to watch live, it's all about replay.

In between you guys burning each other: is there a decent place to watch the athletics online? And I mean not live. Live is no problem, I can watch on TV, the problem is watching things I can't watch live. Dutch TV doesn't show it, I can't 'rewatch' both Belgian and English TV and I can't record the Brazilian TV here (or record anything). So far, nothing of today's heats is on YouTube, so that doesn't help either. IAAF's official livestream is geoblocked no matter what I try, so that's also no option.

Van Vleuten These world championships were not exactly a promotion for women's cycling, were they? Both the time trial and road race were really impressive by one person, making them both incredibly boring
