Saw the final Thanks to German ARD, where they had a video with a cheering Coleman as thumbnail, but luckily by experience I'm used to avoid thumbnails and titles so I only clicked Play and enjoyed the final What a time.

Yeah no worries, I'm watching until this final is over and then I'm hoping to be back in time for the Death March. In terms of finals it's really mostly about being able to watch the 100m spoiler free (and possibly first the semis), the long jump would be a bonus although I might finish it before we leave. The women's hammer throw I'll just click on the result

Nice interview though with Busby and Dabó, the guys of yesterday. Busby called Dabó the greatest man with the greatest heart he ever met and said he is an angel, Dabó said he is still very proud of himself
