  1. Ah, right. Did not know the existence (or at least official record-keeping) of that
  2. Why is Dressel's 47,39 listed as tying the American record, considering he won the world championships gold in 46,96 two years ago?
  3. It's been five years or so since she competed in any 'official' road race (including ITT's), but she is a six-time winner of the double at the Czech championships: in all six years in which she won the ITT, she also won the road race https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/martina-sablikova If he's healthy, Stybar should be the number one no-brainer for the Czechs, he's not supposed to be riding the Tour for example.
  4. The match against Ukraine was so much more fun to watch, both sides were going for it and creating chances, whereas this was basically a snorefest
  5. While was playing rather poor as well...which makes Austria's performance even worse Oh well, a win is a win, I guess.
  6. Stopping and applauding in the 11th minute
  7. Denmark is on freaking fire, wow
  8. There's actually a Dutch skier who got under 300 FIS points this month https://www.fis-ski.com/DB/general/results.html?sectorcode=CC&raceid=38648 Doesn't count for anything of course, but still
  9. Wouldn't they have had contact with the clubs about that before announcing the team?
  10. Fun detail how the three heaviest men are all called Rafael and the three heaviest women are all called Maria or a variation of that
  11. @thiago_simoes What are the chances for a medal for Aït Saïd, outsider at best? It'd be so awesome if he manages to get one after that horror injury in Rio.
  12. Ideally they'd get rid of Olympic tennis all the way and use the quotas to make existing sports better and more competitive
  13. That dive by Shaparenko Come on man, you're up 2-0, why this kind of bullshit which only screws your own team?
  14. Who managed to beat her? Edit: Never mind, I see they picked four other women in different weights. Ugh, this system sucks so bad, I wonder how many weights we'll have where we will actually see for example the best three in the world compete. Just now I notice there's also not even Tian Tao
  15. That's at least one convicted doper down the drain By the way, she wasn't a favourite for gold though, was she? I mean, Deng Wei is a whole different level, at least judging by 2019..
  16. Tennis takes the lead over golf?
  17. Oh duh, @Matej pointed me to exactly that place and I even used exactly that place last night, goldfish memory Grazie, that's as perfect as it can be for what I'm looking for!
  18. Aaaaand it's gone. Did you or anyone happen to save this zip file? Looking for it for my own schedule (which is more detailed than the official one but not so detailed as to have entries for every fight in things like judo or tennis early rounds ). So far I've been using the absolutely excellent day-to-day schedule thread on Totallympics (which I can't compliment enough, it's seriously good!), but it would be helpful if there exists one either on a sport-by-sport basis or where one can use Ctrl + F to search for the sports name Edit: Never mind, I tried changing the link to June and it didn't work neither, but they do have one for May ('Mai') online
  19. You really should see the final few kilometers of today's 2nd stage in the Ionica Race https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/adriatica-ionica-race/2021/stage-2 Pronskiy attacked, teammate Kudus eventually was the one who countered him and passed him, obviously greatly angering Pronskiy. Kudus then got passed by Fortunato, so the infighting in Astana's team let to both of them losing in the end
  20. I think that shot from Rodrigues is on the way to my backyard, shit
  21. Post goal VAR's also appear in Family Guy, named Buzz Killington
  22. Right, I'm writing down the title for Italy, on to the next sports event
  23. Does make Xhaka a bit of an asshole captain though The best captains are those who don't want to make everyone believe they are more important than everyone else
