  1. Was China going to host every single OQT?! Every day i see a different sport saying they've moved a tournament from China to somewhere else.
  2. We don't need 3 different relays for biathlon. The single one is useless and frankly shouldn't be even on the regular schedule let alone the Olympics.
  3. How dare you Honestly, I have no idea where this girl came from
  4. The NASCAR season is just too damn long, with many repitative races. Cut the calendar by a third, but that won't happen, because of money and more money.
  5. "Make NASCAR interesting again" (or for a change)
  6. We made it out of the group stage, on the mens side?! How did that happen
  7. I'm watching here and there, just don't have time to comment regularly. Everyone is looking towards the OQT, these Euros feel not like a big tournament. It doesn't help that there are 30 people in the hall for the medal matches... Standard performance by our teams, though i expected more.
  8. Like i've said before, only Chinese athletes, who were abroad and not gone back after the outbreak should be left competing, until a clear cure has been found. You can't possibly think it's a good idea to have athletes coming from main China, no matter how much they say, they are ok, competing in worldwide tournaments, in close contact with athletes from everywhere. Jeopardize everyone, because of the "fairness" of some sports competition, even if it's the Olympics is stupidity. All the nations refusing to host events have every right.
  9. How can you decide, who is in-line to qualify in wrestling when the ranking are pointless and you can very well lose your first match depending on the draw. Give free quotas to China everywhere now... If this was a small country no one would blink and they would miss the OQT and Olympics just like that.

  12. Armen Nazaryan's son Edmond with a final in his first Euros at 18 years old. Two commanding wins this morning and now a pinfall on the world champion Azizli.
  13. Amazing achievement by Duplantis. Seeing clips of when he was a little kid, the record was inevitable. And it's again indoors. Wonder what is the highest mark cleared outdoors?
  14. China athletes are competing in Europe in many sports. It may be, because they were already there before the big outbreak and haven't been exposed to the virus. If athletes from inside China, want to come now to Europe, i think it will be a different situation.
  15. Agreed, but still i wouldn't say that people didn't like it. It made over a billion dollars without China, which is an amazing achievement. It has a bonkers score on IMDB. 90% of the internet will call it a masterpiece. It just didn't do it for me, 7/10
  16. My rankings of the films i've watched: 1. Ford v Ferrari, 2. Once Upon a Time, 3. The Irishman, 4. Joker, 5. Marriage Story (PS. Knives Out was also enjoyable) Haven't had the time yet to watch Parasite, 1917 and Pain and Glory, but i will at some point. Maybe will give a go to one of them tonight. No interest in watching Jojo or Little Women. I had gigantic expectations for The Irishman, given the theme, the subject, the cast, Scorsese, all of which are amongst my favorite. I thought it could have been The Godfather for our generation, but that was too much to ask. It was still a great film and i enjoyed it very much, but it just wasn't the iconic stuff, that i had hoped for. Once Upon was great. It was something different from Tarantino, but it still felt like him. It wasn't his best film, but the guy never disappoints. It's a damn shame, if he makes just one more movie. I can watch him talk about the history of cinema for hours. The film will start the renaissance of Brad Pitt now. With this performance, he could have won in any of the previous years and i wish it was a different year, because i would have liked another win for Pacino or Pesci. I didn't expect to have Ford v Ferrari as my highest rated film of 2019, but it was nonstop fun. 2.5 hours is a long time for a movie in nowadays and i didn't noticed how the time flew away. When it end, i was "What, it's over, already?" I could have watched it 5 times in-a-row, and i wouldn't get tired of it. Another great performance by Bale. The guy is just perfection in every role. Even if the story was slightly changed, than what happened in real life, i can understand it from a movie stand point. We rarely get good motorsport movies and i'm thankful we have this one. I'll be disappointed, if it doesn't win at least one Oscar tonight. Joker and it's topic could have been made with any regular character. It didn't need the label comic book movie and the Joker character in it. It wasn't his origin story, or what we know from the comics. I would have had it in higher regard, if it was a told from an unknown persons view. And it could have better story that way, because this film was all about Joaquin Phoenix and nothing more.
  17. Wrestling UWW European Championships 2020 Rome (ITA) - 10 February 2020 - 18 February 2020 Official Website
  18. Wow, the crowd has decreased for the Premier League compared to the 4-5-6 years ago. It really shows tonight.
  19. Let's get it on with the darts Great matches ahead for tonight. Let's go Scottish armada.
  20. Almost a full team (27 out of 30 categories), which hasn't been seen in a while. After the disappointing 2019, it looks like our federation and wrestlers are throwing everything for the Olympic qualifiers. It is still not certain, which wrestlers are going for the OQT, with a few names potentially switching categories. The nationals were more serious than usual and the Euro here is the general rehearsal. Former leaders like Vladimir Dubov and Ivo Angelov didn't even make the team. Borislav Novachkov is back after trying MMA in the US. Biliyana Dudova will make her comeback after the suicide attempt last year. Out of everyone in the trials i was most impressed with Georgi Vangelov. The guy has real potential and i'm praying he finally has a breakthrough on the big stage, because we haven't had a top rank male freestyle wrestler in ages....
  21. They should have just stayed another weekend in Bansko.
  22. We naturalized also an Iranian athlete - Farzad Zolghadri. @MHSN do you know him and how strong is he? Personally, i don't like such tactics, but i can see why they did it, especially in a sport like taekwondo, where we don't have any real chance for Olympic quota. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-iran-bulgaria-taekwondo/taekwondo-irans-zolghadri-moves-to-bulgaria-to-pursue-olympic-dream-idUSKBN1ZT26C
