  1. Still better than last year, when they truely ended season very poorly.
  2. SLOVENIA Sorry to all it took a while, but here it is, another Slovenian entrant. Though Luka Basi is singing in Croatian, he is pure Slovenian, he just found himself in this "genre". He was born as Matej Prikeržnik in Slovenj Gradec in 1993. Due to his major success in past years he decided to change his name, so now he is officialy known as Luka Basi Prikeržnik. He is another product of Got Talent franchise, he competed in Slovenian version in 2016. This song is also partly work of Raay, a well known author, and part of duo Maraaya, who represent Slovenia at the Eurovision in the past. Enjoy ! Luka Basi - Kad postaneš drugome žena (When you become other's wife)
  3. I am not sure to have time finding song until the end of week, so if is possible, will be glad for a day or two of postponement. ?
  4. Another proof something went wrong in case of Mišmaš. EAA has now replay of the race on site, but with half of minute missing, probably when Spanish athlete pushed our runner. Coincidence ? Hm, I think not.
  5. This is bullshit, Klaebo had nowhere to go, at least they did not give Bolshunov gold.
  6. I read that Spanish athlete pushed our Mišmaš, she tried to stay on course for couple of meters, than almost crashed into equipment near track, it would be nice to see, what happened, if that was the case, then our athlete, who was medal contender, got clearly robbed and they should disqualify Spaniard. But, I have not seen replay.
  7. Did anybody know, why Mišmaš Zrimšek and another athlete were DSQ? Where can I see that run ?
  8. Very good jump from 21 year old Gašper Brecl, but to be honest, if he can stay in top 20, will be very good, he is not in cross country shape. Meanwhile, it is going to be another boring race for the medals, maybe Riiber and Watabe could produce a thrilling fight for gold, at least bronze will go to Lamparter, so the medals are already taken, we wait only for order of top 3 athletes.
  9. This also means Granerud can not break record of 15 wins in a season from Peter Prevc. At his best he will miss by 1 win.
  10. Women's Large Hill Provisional Team Standings 1. Slovenia 1024.4 2. Austria 1011.9 3. Norway 990.0 4. Germany 914.8 5. Japan 889.4 6. RSF 773.9 ------------------------- 7. France 392.2 (only 2 jumpers) 8. Poland 371.7 (only 1 jumper in final) 9. Finland 322.6 (only 1 jumper in final) 10. Canada 270.7 (only 1 jumper in final) 11. Czech Republic 239.5 (only 1 jumper in final) 12. USA 13. Romania 14. Sweden 15. Hungary 16. Kazakhstan
  11. I agree, really poor showing non stop replays of top athletes, as if somebody forgot this are Worlds, Ilike watching other athletes, how they end up their race.
  12. So it started, I knew it was going to be too good to last until the end.
  13. It is time for another medal for our ski jumping team. Go, girls !
  14. In the end when you put Johaug aside quite good performance from our sprint hero Lampič. 18th place, more than 2 minutes behind winner, but only good minute to a medal and about 25 seconds to top 10.
  15. It is a bit early for me, because winter is still lasting, but I will do my best to remain standard figure in this story.
  16. Will see if Nadyrshina will also refuse to take her hat off, when they will play FIS anthem for her gold. ?
  17. Very bad performance even today from our team, it was worse only in Sierra Nevada 2017 (only 16. Marguč). Good that no spectators were allowed to see this shame. ?
  18. It was interesting to watch Dimitri Loginov on the podium not giving his hat down, when they played him FIS anthem.
  19. In the end, there will be only 14 athletes in Torun. Agata Zupin injured her arm, Demšar studies in USA, Grkman also cancelled his run. Team Slovenia 14 athletes (6 men, 8 women) Men Tilen Ovniček (60m) Luka Janežič (400 m) Lovro Mesec Košir (400 m) Jure Grkman (400 m) Gregor Grahovac (400 m) Žan Rudolf (800 m) Filip Jakob Demšar (60 m Hurdles) Jan Luxa (Triple Jump) Women Maja Mihalinec Zidar (60 m) Agata Zupin (400 m) Anita Horvat (400 m / 800 m) Jerneja Smonkar (800 m) Maruša Mišmaš Zrimšek (800 m / 1500 m / 3000 m) Klara Lukan (1500 m / 3000 m) Lia Apostolovski (High Jump) Tina Šutej (Pole Vault) Neja Filipič (Triple Jump)
  20. Very bad start for the host nation, hope it will get better tomorrow.
  21. It is so fun, when there are people quite annoyed over success of Slovenia in this Worlds. Not a single medal was surprise, those who watch Nordic sport seriously, are well aware.
  22. After ladies, even our men team is capable to qualify for final, at least through time.
