    Absolutely: it’s slow to start but once it gets going you get decisive moments every two-three minutes. As we saw today even starter number 100 could have won.

    Jeez, this is a brutal sprint course. They do a level bit around the stadium, round a ski cross turn, then straight up the Alpine course! Unfortunately a tough course only favours you-know-who....

    Literally fell to pieces on the very first shoot of the Champs and have never recovered since.

    Still think that the 4th shoot in the Individual is the single hardest test in biathlon. In fact, the 20th shot when you are at 19/19.

    You can always recover from one first shoot miss, but more than that.... Good for Hojnisz, she’s always a contender if she gets 20/20. Oeberg 14/15, still in it. Hojnisz 15/15 Vitozzi, just gets worse & worse.

    Same thing, got back on just now to catch up before the race starts & there’s 15 pages of arguments about a hypothetical possibility. Honestly, this is like being trapped in a temporal whirlpool at a Star Trek Convention.

    In a time trial over a hundred athletes can start. In a mass start, 60 maximum. So they’d be getting rid of all the minor countries.

    Getting rid of it would kill the sport, all the champions would eventually be fast skiers & rubbish shots like Lars Berger & Myriam Gossner. It only takes as much time as a rugby match or an Alpine downhill, less than a ski jumping competition and far less than a cycling stage.
