I think there is no update in qualification system . It is misunderstanding from your federation Form day1 the rule is that up to 18 athletes fro world "not all 18" will qualify from world cup As per calculation there is 71 qualified athletes in mens if we counted highest 18 athletes in each event and so Oliver singlet in 3m springboard and Isaac Souza and two noshida in 10m platform will not qualify In women there is 73 qualified players so & in 3m springboard and & in 10m platform and one from & and will not qualify

As I remember there is no draw for 1-8 positions but players from 9 to 16 are drawn randomly . Correct me if I am wrong

What about this reallocation rule ? If a weight category counts less than 8 athletes and the quota place has to be reallocated, it will be reallocated to the Tripartite Commission Invitation Places.
