and have been eliminated with losses again today.
The dream stays alive for as they draw with and are still in the top spot in Group A.
Yes. They won whole group. And there is other chance for to qualify to olympics. The same lucky draw as in basketball.
If we beat or draw to Izrael and Georgia, we will be in semifinal. If France will qualify to semifinal too, we will qualify to olympics. Yes, the same big chance for Izrael and Georgia :-D

Uff. It is hard :-( i know it is young team and nobody check that they will Qualify for OG and their time will be in next OG. But next time can be bad luck in draw and we can play deciding match with Belgium, Spain, France = no chance

I really do not understand why Polish does not go to this athletic team Championship. Ok European Games does not have good reputation. But itnis team Championship. I was in Bydhošť 5 years ago and there were full stadium. Maybe one of reason Is that it it 3 times in row in Poland and it Is time to change it and give it to sb else. Moreover I think great times of athletics in Poland Is over. It Is time for Italy

So… news from the EB. Some Milan 2026 events got changed at the request of the FIS.
- Cross Country Skiing: all men’s and women’s events contested over the same distance
- Alpine Skiing: the combined is now a team event (one downhiller and one slalom specialist)
- Nordic Combined: the team event is replaced by the team sprint (LH/2x7.5km)
- Ski Jumping: the men’s team event is replaced by the so-called super team event with two athletes per team.
I hate the new ski jumping team event format. IMO the worst change the IOC has made to the Winter Olympics since I started following.
I hate it too and do not understand. We have around 6 team competition during season. It Is the one of the most attractive competition and they will replace it by this shit?

5 or 6 nations for the TQO ?
6. And we can exclude France. So if you get QF, there is big chance to qualify

ČT changed their broadcasting schedule and added there more of coverage.
So there will be: athletics 1st League, canoeying slalom, canoeying flat water, some shooting events (team events too). Semifinal of rugby women :-D and daily 1 and more hours summary (not only in evening hours as is common for paralympics, world games, university games,... But also during day.
I think broadcasting schedule is still possible to change
And BMX sure. But i do not care about it. I am really like about coverage of shooting events

As I said, our TV (RTVS) have for the first week on its schedule only Athletics (Day -1, 0 & 1) the 2nd Division (which we compete in) and days (2, 3 & 4) the Top Division (So in total 6 Live broadcasts) nothing else, surprisingly not even the Canoe Sprint
I guess there will be Canoe Slalom on the last days (at least I hope so) but their schedule for the 2nd week is still not released
At least in ČT canoeying slalom will be bro :-D

It's just been announced on the Official facebook who is broadcasting - Eurosport are doing it Europe wide, probably on an Olympics model (we should probably recognise more openly the link between the 5 continental games and the Olympics - it would help those continental games)
In UK BBC also have broadcast rights, which they already have for the European athletics and LEN events, so they'll certainly show something .

Eurosport: nice. I saw in Czech tv for first weekend and it was only athletics, so i was a little bit disappointed

National Team 2023.
Složení reprezentačního A týmu:
C1 ženy: Gabriela Satková, Tereza Fišerová, Tereza Kneblová
K1 ženy: Tereza Fišerová, Amálie Hilgertová, Antonie Galušková
C1 muži: Jiří Prskavec, Václav Chaloupka, Lukáš Rohan
K1 muži: Vít Přindiš, Jiří Prskavec, Jakub Krejčí
Qualification selections to Olympic Games is different than in Slovakia. In Czech, they receive some special points which help and will add it to next year qualification local race selections.
But what is surpised that Prskavec decided to start and qualified in both K1 and C1

Based on wish, Czechia decided to change Canada for USA to Prague. Based on agreement, there is chance that some Canadian stars will come to WCH and to Prague Is better chance that they will come

So, it's known what group plays next year already? Let's see if we can beat France at least
It seems that it will be in Ostrava together with Slovakia, Sweden, USA, one of the Canada/Finland. But i do not remember the others.
In Prague: Czechia, Canada/Finland, Austria, Switzerland i think, Norway Denmark, GB.
But there is still option to change one team from one group to other group. But i am pretty sure that Poland and Slovakia will stay in Ostrava.
If i remember correctly today there will will be known final groups.

in the meantime, Mountfield and Vìtkovice are playing the second OT.
Vìtkovice just scored what could have been the decisive goal, but the referees denied it for playing the puck with a high stick after the video review.
Play continues (7 mins gone in the 2nd OT).
It is not 2nd OT, but 3rd OT.
Currently only few minutes and it will be the longest match in czech history. Update: Now it is official, the longest match

It seems that tickets for European Games are gone to sale from 3rd April.
But not all. For example athletics and some other discipline will go to sale in 2nd phase. But again nowhere Is not written when.
I am really disappointed of this way of separation to more phases based on sport and communication when we do not know when tickets will go to sale.
I am disappointed so much that i consider that i will not buy it.
If i compare with European Championship in multiple sports held in Munchen last year. It was great there. Many sports in one city. Tickets was announced when it will go to sale, good webpage,..
If European Games will continue by this way, i think it will not have long history

Fencing FIE World Championships 2023

Guys, i am new here in logic of fencing Olympic qualification. Am i understand logic correct that top 4 countries will qualify a other Is based on best from continent? Sure i am asking due to chance of Czechia. So should i start to support Hungary to be better than Venezuela which will increase chance of Czechia to qualify as best of Europe?
And which world cups will count And how much points? Thanks
