Who was the last French winner not named Worley? Sandrine Aubert?
16th place for Maryna Gasienica-Daniel... in a Super G!
-
Haas F1 team officially parted ways with Uralkali & Nikita Mazepin.

Another pathetic performance by Polish women in the mixed. Overall we even lost to the lowly Finland who had one jump DQ If Loutitt wasn't at WJC we'd finish behind Canada too

Justyna Swiety-Ersetic winning the World Indoor Tour means can enter three women in individual 400m

They are talking about Mario Andretti taking over the team
Michael Andretti is running the Andretti Autosport teams. And he applied for F1 charter slot from 2024 but he could take over Haas' spot if a new title sponsor isn't found. Speaking of which, more rumours start to cycle around that Mazepin will be axed and Pietro Fittipaldi will replace him full-time. The delay is obviously down to money, Banco do Brasil could hand out the millions but it's Haas in the desperate position so I reckon there are still negotiations over the actual ammount of $$$.

Daniel Tschofenig kills the competition with 107 meters in the 2nd round and claims gold medal. sweep the podium with Haagen & Mueller in minor medals.
Enzo Milesi in 7th so maybe there is some hope for the French men's future?

1-2-3 after Round 1 with pre-event favorite Tschofenig leading by over four points.

16 jumpers left in the men's first round and the jury lowers the gate by 4!

That would most likely get the team expelled within a couple of weeks.
The team won't be expelled per se, they pulled the Uralkali sponsors brands during the last day of testing and they can always draft a test driver in place of Mazepin (currently Pietro Fittipaldi). The bigger question is whether the team could survive without a title sponsor. The most logical answer would be "no" hence team would collapse on its own unless they can find a last-minute replacement.

Nika Prevc won both training rounds today again - by a large margin considering she jumped from a lower gate.

FIA didn't ban Russian & Belarussian drivers (the latter are virtually non-existent) from competing but Great Britain banned them from competing in their country so that probably means Nikita Mazepin won't take part in British GP later this season.

Elina Svitolina beat Anastasia Potapova 6-2 6-1 in Monterrey R1.

Daniel Tschofenig & Nika Prevc won both training rounds today. Good showing for Alexandra Loutitt too.

Statement from ITF, WTA, ATP & four Grand Slam organizers. Nothing more can be done if you consider tennis is the most individual of all individual sports and basically all of the players' initial funding comes from their families or sponsors and not from any national boards.

I just scrolled through media, and it took me a while to find the numbers for today.
I guess COVID really is over?
Yeah, most countries have lifted restrictions anyway. Nobody is crying wolf over mutations either. Omikron didn't prove as deadly as some wiseguys feared. And it's business as usual. In few months time it will be treated on par with influenza and updates will stop alltogether.

Are you serious?
With this criteria we shouldn't give "even a toilet paper" to a lot of countries due to a multitude of conflicts from the past.
Yes, I am serious. The neverending civil war in Yemen proves that. Nobody gives a damn about that country least of all USA.
