If an NOC has more than 2 athletes of the same gender among the winners of the 8 groups in Stage 1 (including the 2015 European Games Qualifier), the qualifiers for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games will be in the following order:

1) The already confirmed 2015 European Games Qualifier (if any)

2) The highest ranked player/s at the time of the draw of the Qualification Event among the winners of the 8 groups in Stage 1, up to a maximum of 2 (including the 2015 European Games Qualifier)

Note: The third player of that NOC will be the first reserve for that NOC if either of the 2 qualifiers are not confirmed by their NOC, or are unable to participate (cancellation) before the deadline for replacements.

Winning places from Group A to C in the women's singles were awarded to Germany. Because a maximum of two table tennis players is allowed in the competition, who among the 2015 European Games players will get the unused berth freed by the Germans?

I really hope that Germany will win two medals. That's not unrealistic.

It's possible, but of course normally the Asians will dominate the medal table :p

Germany won two medals in London, and our women have become better since then. Okay, 2/3 of the reasons why our women have become better are from China. But still, they do have a good chance in the team event. As do our men and Ovtcharov in the single event.

I forgot, China won't win 2 medals in the women's team event of course :d

Well clearly if there is a non-Asian country that could win 1 or even 2 medals, it's Germany.

Yes, how dare a non-European continent dominate a sport! :p
