Belize might have a chance to qualify in men's 400m hurdles. Their athlete, who qualified in 2012, had 50.50 last month (PB 49.54). Also maybe Pakistan in men's javelin, their athlete has 78.33m this year.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that in this thread reallocations count as qualified athletes, unlike tripartite invitations.

 

Therefore in Shooting Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malta, Nepal, Kosovo and Nicaragua could be reallocated a quota and thereofre qualify a legitimate athlete (not tripartite).

These countries will send a shooter through the re-allocation of quota places. No reports yet on the tripartite for these countries. How about Lebanon?
