Right, we're 5 hours apart right now. By Sunday my clock will go back one hour and yours will remain the same because you don't have DST

We are just crossing the halfway point in our "Road to TISC Open 2018" series in which we are looking through the history books of the 57 nations who have participated in TISC. Under the microscope today we have 6 more nations: Malta, Vietnam, Turkey, Ireland, Uruguay and Romania. We begin today's history lesson with a review of the smallest populated nation to have participated at TISC and one of the contest's ever-present stalwarts.... Malta!
