    Probably in this case their federation, FIS, and the sponsors all want them to participate.

    Just wondering, are there any fines for athletes that don't show up for a race? For instance, I read about Austrian skiiers not being happy with timing of Stockholm City Event, but appears they will (begrudgingly) participate anyway. But if some of them wouldn't show up, would FIS be pissed?

    If anyone, @dcro is the one to know. I know embarrassingly little about Croatian biathlon. I did check Croatian Biathlon Federation to see if there's some news, but that page isn't updated since 2017!

    Italy and Austria with pretty much their A teams, no wonder they took easily first two places. And Germany wins that battle for 4th eventually.

    Meltdown from Oja. Very disappoining. Still some chance for podium, but minuscule.

    Feller lost quite a large amount of time before first intermediate, think 0.70+, could've been in medals easily. All in all, disappointing a bit World Championships, mainly due to that annoying weather and shortening of courses because of it, but as a winter sports addict, I'll still take it over pretty much everything else currently going on.

    Ah, Yule was pretty great until that fall. Would've been 3rd probably.

    Pinturault in a great slalom form past several weeks. Looks like Noel and Kristoffersen just skiied poorly.

    Nice from Polish girls, and great last lap from Olsbu, I had Kaisa as a sure winner. Also, terrible TV coverage job.
