  1. Fairly sure they know it is in fact illegal and not allowed. By the way, I agree mostly with your stance on the YouTube stuff (what this is about), just don't pull it into ridicule by going "yeah but people are allowed to shoot up schools!". Uh, no, they're not, and also it's not related.
  2. Ugh. No, we don't. Nobody 'allows' that. It is not allowed, it is pretty strictly illegal. Get your facts straight.
  3. Brazil and Liechtenstein qualifying in three out of four events, I'm not entirely sure if that says something about Brazil's and Liechtenstein's youth program or the general strength of the Omega Youth Series....I guess both, a little
  4. The problem is not 'we don't have snow'. The problem in many places at the moment is 'there's so much we can't guarantee safety'.
  5. Sandro Pertile is his 'assistant' this year (I think they're both TD now, but one has to be called assistant, so there you go), and takes over when Hofer retires after the season-closing ski flying world championships in Planica.
  6. Bariloche and Portillo definitely had more South American championships (but no idea about the exact years)
  7. Walter Hofer is still in charge though, so...
  8. It would only be the 4th time or so when he seems to be done for a year or two and then comes back again
  9. 19th place for Havard Bokko.....in the B division. This is just getting more and more sad every season
  10. Really surprised De Vries was that cheap I get he's a rookie, but one can expect Mercedes to have their stuff in order without a doubt and he's the F2 champion..
  11. Forgot this, but quickly entered a 'Want to Win' team (I had no time to read the rules ) and chose Geox/Venturi as teams and Frijns/De Vries as drivers
  12. Oh and I know Fuzhou is not exactly a great, important race, but still you don't often see Mongolian winners in pretty international races. Jambaljamats Sainbayar won today
  13. Lev Gonov won yesterday's 5th stage of the Tour de Fuzhou, but the two 19-year old Russian teammates didn't seem to be very happy with each other (at least one did)
  14. Which should mean no Mironova in the IBU Cup, that's excellent news for everyone in the IBU Cup
  15. Oh come on, be realistic. The likes of Germany, Italy and Austria only wouldn't do it because it's too much in the middle of everything
  16. It's what I'd do And probably most other nations, given the chance.
  17. It's still completely, utterly impossible to understand why the sliding track isn't long finished since at least one or two years already...there is not a single group of sports where growing yourself a chance for a medal is as 'easy' with home track + money..
  18. No idea, but apparently he grew up in Nairobi, Geneva and Harara so Kenya and Zimbabwe might have been options too
  19. I was checking this week's North American Cup results and.....Nathan Crumpton finished 2nd....for his new country, American Samoa! https://www.ibsf.org/en/component/events/event/500713 Plus there's this guy from (or competing for) Togo. https://www.ibsf.org/en/athletes/athlete/10538/Nanto
  20. Yeah, wouldn't want to see secret biathlon photos
  21. I can not help but read the quotes with a Russian mobster accent in mind. "Zere is lot of vork to be done, but ve have strrrong team."
  22. Again: there's not much to say but good luck, and also thanks for the small insights in the situation which are otherwise rather hard to get..
  23. This whole thing confused the flying fuck out of me when I went cycling in England Although I must say we got used to it after a day or two.
  24. Not entirely sure, but if I go, it'll definitely be an IBU Cup and probably the one in Arber. Good atmosphere there, good town to stay in (not too big, not some middle of nowhere kind of place neither), excellent.
