Snowboard, men's PGS...you can smell GOAT in the air...my pick can only be Jasey-Jay Anderson.
Snowboard, women's PGS...no brainer, of course...once again, my pick can only be Ester Ledecka.
Ski Jumping, men's Team Large Hill...it might be Germany, maybe it should be Austria...but when you've had the privilege of watching Matti Nykänen fly, there's no other pick than Finland.
Nordic Combined, Team Relay...Norway have been often so dominant...and Germany and Austria are also among the eternal powerhouses of the sport, but I just can't think of any other team than Finland 2002 (with athletes like Samppa Lajunen, Hannu Manninen and a great jumper like Jaakko Tallus).
Biathlon, women's Relay...I just can't believe that Germany didn't win gold when they had people like Magdalena Neuner and / or Petra Dahlmeier leading their team...
therefore, in a race that has often been won by unexpected teams, I'm gonna pick Sweden, more for their potential for the future than for how good they actually were last year (and they were good, I'm not underestimating them).
