UCI has the results up for the women's road race. Looks like it was a sprint finish with 25 riders having the same time as the winner and another 20 being 3 seconds behind. As mentioned before the world rankings (and world championships) will have higher priority so while the United States and Canada currently hold the quotas they will be reallocated.
