In the circumstances that two, or more, athletes record the same Total in the same Olympic bodyweight category they shall be ranked in order of which achieved the result first, using equivalent Greenwich Mean Times (GMT) to decide such if necessary. Following the end of the qualification period the highest OQR ranked then (10) athletes in each event to be contested at Olympic Games Paris 2024 will be allocated a quota place. If an athlete is ranked in the top ten (10) in more than one event in the Olympic Qualification Ranking, then the athlete's NOC in consultation with the Member Federation (MF), as recognised by the IWF, must declare to the IWF by 10 May 2024, and the athlete will then be removed from the OQR in other bodyweight categories. Any freed ranking position due to declaration of competing in another event will then automatically move to the next highest ranked eligible athlete. Should an NOC record more than three (3) athletes per gender from different weight categories in the Olympic Qualification Ranking then the relevant NOC in consultation with the MF must declare to the IWF by 22 May 2024 which of these athletes shall be allotted the quota places. Any athletes not so declared will then be removed from the Olympic Qualification Ranking. Any declited ranking positions and quota places will then automatically move to the next highest ranked eligible athlete from an NOC which has not used its three quota places. The qualification period for the Olympic Qualification Ranking shall begin on 01 August 2022 and conclude on 28 April 2024. To achieve the widest possible representation across the IWF recognised Continental Federations (Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, Pan America) one quota place will be distributed to each Olympic bodyweight category using the Olympic Qualification Ranking and the following criteria The highest ranked eligible athlete of a boydweight category represeting an NOC that its Continent is not already represented in the Top 10 of her/his boydweight category, will be allocated a quota place In case more than one Continent is not represented in the Top 10 of a bodyweight category, then the highest ranked eligible athlete of this bodyweigtht category representing an NOC of these Continents will be allocated a quota place. If in any Olympic bodyweight category the Continental representation is already achieved, then the Continental quota place will be reallocated.

NOCs may obtain a maximum of three (3) quota places per event in case they represented by a minimum of 3 athletes within the highest 30 places of the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Ranking as of 27 May 2024. Other NOCs may obtain a maximum of two (2) quota places per event. NOCs with 2 men and 2 women qualified, irrelevant to the qualification pathway, are entitled to have a team competing in the mixed relay event. To be eligible to participate in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, all athletes must represent the same National Federation during the whole qualification period and meet one of the following requirements by 27 May 2024: To qualify via the 2022 World Triathlon Mixed Relay Olympic Qualification Ranking or the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Qualification Ranking, athletes must be among the top 140 in the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Qualification Ranking. To qualify via the World Triathlon Ranking, athletes must be among the top 180 in the World Triathlon ranking. The six (6) highest ranked NOCs on the World Triathlon Mixed Relay Olympic Qualification Ranking as of 25 March 2024 will be allocated two (2) quota places per gender. In case a NOC already obtained the quotas, the quota places will be allocated to the next highest ranked eligible NOC in the ranking. In case an NOC doesn't have two men and two women eligible, the places will be allocated to the next highest ranked NOC. If there is no NOC with two men and two women eligible, the places will be allocated to the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Ranking. The events counting for the World Triathlon Mixed Relay Olympic Qualification Ranking will be according to the criteria outlined on the official website of World Triathlon. The twenty-six (26) highest ranked athletes on the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Qualification Ranking as of 27 May 2024 will be allocated one (1) quota place for their NOC, respecting the maximum quota allocation per NOC per event. In case the NOC already obtained the quotas, they will not be allocated these quota places. The events counting for the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Qualification Ranking will be according to the criteria outlined on the official website of World Triathlon. In order to ensure continental representation, the highest ranked NOC not yet qualified in the World Triathlon Ranking as of 27 May 2024 will obtain one (1) quota place for their NOC. The allocation is done in the following priority order: 1. Africa 2. Americas 3. Asia 4. Europe 5. Oceania If there is no eligible NOC according to the World Triathlon Ranking for a particular continent, the quota place will be allocated to the NOC of the next highest ranked eligible athlete according to the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Qualification Ranking, irrespective of the continent. Athletes obtaining a quota place through World Triathlon Ranking will remain as eligible in the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Qualification Ranking. In the case that this athlete or any other from the same NOC obtains a quota place through the World Triathlon Individual Olympic Qualification Ranking, the quota place obtained through the World Triathlon Ranking will be cancelled and reallocated through the World Triathlon Ranking to the next highest NOC from the specific continent and not yet qualified. The events counting for the World Triathlon Ranking will be according to the criteria outlined on the official website of World Triathlon.

An NOC/National Association which has more than four (4) eligible athletes for direct acceptance into a Singles event must selecte its four (4) highest ranked athletes based on the "Singles Rankings". Singles Rankings means the ATP or WTA singles rankings (which are published weekly according to the relevant body's rule book) as published on 10 June 2024, or such other date as determined by the ITF where required due to exceptional circumstances. Doubles Rankings means the ATP or WTA doubles rankings (which are published weekly according to the relevant body's rule book) as published on 10 June 2024, or such other date as determined by the ITF where required due to exceptional circumstances. Combined Rankings means the ranking of a Doubles or Mixed Doubles team obtained by adding together each athlete's best ranking from either the Singles Rankings or Doubls Rankings of 10 June 2024, or such other date as determined by the ITF where required due to exceptional circumstances. Singles Qualification Each singles event shall consist of a draw of 64 athletes, with a maximum of four (4) athletes per NOC. 56 athletes per gender will receive Direct Acceptance into the Singles events based on the Singles Rankings. Doubles Qualification The men's and women's Doubles events shall consist of a draw of 32 teams, each comprising of athletes from the same NOC, with a maximum of two (2) teams per NOC. 31 Teams per gender will receive Direct Acceptance into the Doubles events, determined in the following order: a. Doubles Ranking - Top 10; then b. Combined Ranking; then c. Singles Priority. Doubles Ranking - Top 10: athletes ranked 1 to 10 on the Doubles Rankings will gain Direct Acceptance for the Doubles event, providing: i) they and their partner have been nominated as a Doubles team by their respective NOC/National Association; and ii) their nominated partner has a minimum ranking of 300 on the Singles or Doubles Rankings; and iii) the nomination does not bring the total number of competitors of the respective gender from that NOC to more than six (6). In the event of a tied 10th place in the Doubles Rankings, both athletes would receive a Direct Acceptance place provided they meet the criteria above. Combined Ranking: additional places up to and including the 24th Direct Acceptance team will be allocated to the highest-ranked teams based on the Combined Ranking of each team. Singles Priority: following allocation of the Host Country Place and first 24 Direct Acceptance places, should the total quota of 86 athletes per gender not yet be reached, additional places will continue to be allocated based on the above 'Combined Ranking" process. At the point that the quota is reached, any remaining team places in the Doubles event will be allocated according to the below, in priority order: i) Highest combined-ranked teams with both athletes accepted into the Singles event; ii) Highest combined-ranked teams with one athlete accepted into the Singles event; iii) Highest combined-ranked teams remaining in the nominations In the event of a tied Combined Rankings in Doubles events, the ITF will resolve the tie(s) consistent with the mechanism for resolving ties for the applicable event (men's or women's doubles) in the Official Grand Slam Rule Book in force as of 10 June 2024. Mixed Doubles Qualification Mixed Doubles teams will be selected only from athletes that have been accepted for the Singles and/or Doubles events and will therefore already by on-site. Entries for the Mixed Doubles must be made to the ITF. The Mixed Doubles event shall consist of a draw of 16 teams, each comprising of athletes from the same nation, with a maximum of one (1) team per NOC. 15 Direct Acceptance places will be allocated to the highest-ranked teams based on the Combined Ranking of each team. A maximum of two (2) athletes (i.e. one (1) team) from any one NOC may enter the Mixed Doubles event. In the event of tied Combined Rankings the ITF will resolve the tie(s) in Mixed Doubles consistent with the mechanism for resolving ties for the women's doubles in the Official Grand Slam Rule Book in force as of 10 June 2024.

A team quota entitles the NOC to two single quotas for which the two highest ranked athletes of that NOC on the World Rankings by 18 June 2024 will be listed as the initial qualifiers for Singles and as team members. If a Mixed Doubles quota is accepted by the NOC any qualified athletes in Mixed Doubles shall be listed as members of the team. The highest ranked MA/NOC (not already qualified) per gender in the World Team Ranking (WTR) published immediately following the 2024 World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals (March 2024 World Team Ranking) will each obtain one team quota (3 athletes per NOC). Mixed Doubles Qualification Quota places in the mixed doubles events are allocated to the athlete(s) by name. The 5 highest ranked eligible pairs in the Mixed Doubles World Ranking, as of week 19 of 2024 (Tuesday 7 May 2024), not already qualified, and from different NOCs than those already qualified will obtain one Mixed Doubles quota place. For the Mixed Doubles pair to compete in the Olympic Games, any qualified athletes in the Mixed Doubles event must also be part of the team composition, in the respective gender should the NOC have qualified a team. Singles Qualification Quota places in the singles events are allocated to the athlete(s) by name. Each NOC with a qualified team through the Team Qualification pathway obtains two (2) quota places. The top two (2) highest ranked athletes of each NOC with a qualified team in the World Ranking of week 25 in 2024 (Tuesday 18 June 2024) will be listed as qualifiers for Singles and as team members. As determined by each continent, 22 athletes per gender will obtain a quota place either through a Continental Qualification event, or by Singles World Ranking. The maximum number of athletes per NOC per event is two (2), and the number could increase to three (3) per NOC for the highest ranked teams per gender in the 2022 and/or 2024 ISA World Sufing Games. The ten (10) highest ranked athletes in the Men's 2023 World Surf League Championship Tour ranking will obtain a quota place. Should there not be 10 eligible athletes within the top 34 ranked athletes of the 2023 WSL CT, any remaining quota places shall be allocated to the next highest ranked eligible athletes at the 2024 ISA World Surfing Games. The eight (8) highest ranked athletes in the Women's 2023 World Surf League Championship Tour ranking will obtain a quota place. Should there not be 8 eligible athletes within the top 34 ranked athletes of the 2023 WSL CT, any remaining quota places shall be allocated to the next highest ranked eligible athletes at the 2024 ISA World Surfing Games.

SKATEBOARDING Quota Places are allocated to the NOCs Athletes WOMEN'S EVENTS Quotas Allocated through Rankings Total Quotas Park 20 22 Street 20 22 MEN'S EVENTS Quotas Allocated through Rankings Total Quotas Park 20 22 Street 20 22 Rankings open on Rankings close on June 22nd, 2022 June 23rd, 2024 Qualification Pathway Quota places are allocated to the athlete(s) by name. The Women's Park and Street and Men's Park and Street events will each be comprised of exactly 22 athletes, twenty (20) of which will be qualified through the Olympic World Skateboarding Rankings (OWSR) of 24 June 2024. The Olympic World Skateboarding Ranking recognises and award points to World Skate sanctioned events in the following tiers: World Championships Olympic Qualifier Series Pro Tour Events 5-Star Events 3-Star Events The Olympic World Skateboarding Ranking is sanctioned by World Skate and issued within 72 hours following the competiton of each competition. OWSR ranking can be earned between 22 June 2022 and up to the 23 June 2024 included, over 3 seasons: 2022 - 22 June to 31 December 2023 - 1 January to 31 December 2024 - 1 January to 23 June Athletes will be selected by name from the OWSR as of 24 June 2024 following the conclusion of all eligible OWSR events with a maximum quota of three (3) athletes per NOC per gender per event until the number of 20 athletes is reached, including continental places. Each of the five (5) continents of the Olympic Movement is guaranteed one (1) athlete per event, if not qualified in accordance with the above qualification criteria (continental places). Such continental places will be allocated to the highest ranked athlete(s) on the Olympic World Skateboarding Rankings from the continent(s) without representation, if available.

The Olympic Qualifier Series (OQS) is a series of three events organized in three cities from March-June 2024. In each OQS event, there are two events of Sport Climbing with the following disciplines per gender: Men's Events Women's Events Speed Speed Boulder & Lead Boulder & Lead The maximum quota for Sport Climbing at the OQS is eighty (80) athletes per gender. The quota places are distributed between the two disciplines as follows: Quota places Speed Boulder & Lead Total Men 32 48 80 Women 32 48 80 Total: 160 The maximum number of athletes per NF is 4 per gender per event. National Federations/National Olympic Committees who have filled their NOC quotas for Paris 2024 prior to the OQS are not eligible to participate in the OQS in the specific event where the quota has been filled. The invitation to the OQS will be released based on the IFSC World Ranking (Continuously Updated World Ranking, CUWR) results. Speed The thirty-two (32) highest-placed eligible athletes at the World Ranking, not yet qualified to Paris 2024, are invited to the OQS, respecting the maximum NF quota per gender. Of thirty-two (32) quota places, the following OQS principles shall be respected to ensure the participation of: At least one (1) highest placed athlete who is a national of the Olympic Games 2024 host country (FRA), provided its NOC has not filled all of its Paris 2024 quotas; At least one (1) highest placed athlete who is a national of the OQS host countries, provided its NOCs have not filled all of its Paris 2024 quotas; At least one (1) highest placed athlete from each continent for the representation of all continents; At least one (1) highest placed Universality athlete. Boulder & Lead The forty-eight (48) highest-placed eligible athletes at the World Ranking, not yet qualified to Paris 2024, are invited to the OQS, respecting the maximum NF quota per gender. Of forty-eight (48) quota places, the following OQS principles shall be respected to ensure the participation of: At least one (1) highest placed athlete who is a national of the Olympic Games 2024 host country (FRA), provided its NOC has not filled all of its Paris 2024 quotas; At least one (1) highest placed athlete who is a national of the OQS host countries, provided its NOCs have not filled all of its Paris 2024 quotas; At least one (1) highest placed athlete from each continent for the representation of all continents; At least one (1) highest placed Universality athlete. For the avoidance of doubt, in cases where participation of the highest athlete of each continent is already ensured via other OQS principles (e.g., national of Olympic Games and/or OQS host countries), the requirement of continental representation is fulfilled, and therefore it does not create an additional quota place for the respective continent/country. Furthermore, in cases where there is no eligible athlete complying with the OQS principles specified above, the quota place is allocated to the next highest placed eligible athlete, respecting the max. NF quota per gender/event. The Universality athletes are nationals from the list of eligible NOCs according to the Olympic Games Tripartite Commission Universality Places for Paris 2024. Men's Rugby Sevens WR World Series 2022 - 2023 The teams ranked 1 to 4 in the final rankings of the Men's Rugby Sevens WR World Series 2022 - 2023 will obtain one (1) quota place for their NOC to the Olympic Games Paris 2024. It is intended that the Men's Rugby Sevens WR World Series 2022 - 2023 will consist of eleven (11) tournaments and will commence in November 2022 and finish by 31 May 2023. Women's Rugby Sevens WR World Series 2022 - 2023 The teams ranked 1 to 4 in the final rankings of the Women's Rugby Sevens WR World Series 2022 - 2023 will obtain one (1) quota place for their NOC to the Olympic Games Paris 2024. It is intended that the Women's Rugby Sevens WR World Series 2022 - 2023 will consist of seven (7) tournaments and will commence in December 2022 and finish by 31 May 2023.

MODERN PENTATHLON Quota Places are allocated to the NOCs Athletes WOMEN'S EVENTS Quotas Allocated through Rankings Total Quotas Individual Competition 6 36 MEN'S EVENTS Quotas Allocated through Rankings Total Quotas Individual Competition 6 36 World Cup Rankings open on World Cup Rankings close on March 7th, 2023 June 17th, 2023 Olympic Rankings open on Olympic Rankings close on June 17th, 2023 June 16th, 2024 Qualification Pathway Quota places are allocated to the athlete(s) by name. NOCs with more than two (2) qualified athletes have the authority to decide in consultation with the respective NF, which two (2) qualified athletes they will enter. One (1) quota place will be allocated to the highest placed eligible athlete of the UIPM 2023 World Cup Final. The top 36 athletes per gender in the UIPM 2023 World Cup Ranking will qualify for the World Cup Final, with a maximum of 3 athletes from the same nation. Should a Continental Championships take place before the UIPM 2023 World Cup Final, the quota place obtained at the UIPM 2023 World Cup Final takes precedent and the Continental Championships quota place will be allocated to the highest placed athlete at the respective Continental Championships. Six (6) quota places will be allocated via the UIPM Olympic Pentathlon World Ranking List as of 17 June 2024 to the first six (6) athletes not already qualified via the above competitions. If one (1) or more of the six (6) athletes has already qualified at a Continental Championships, the UIPM 2023 World Cup Final, the UIPM 2023 Pentathlon World Championships or the UIPM 2024 Pentathlon World Championships, the athletes ranked 7th and thereafter according to the UIPM Olympic World Ranking List (as of 17 June 2024) will be considered qualified by the UIPM Olympic World Ranking instead. The UIPM Olympic World Ranking list comprises the following eligible ranking competitions taking place during the period from 17 June 2023 to 16 June 2024. 1. UIPM Major Competitions UIPM 2024 World Cup Series including the UIPM 2024 World Cup Final UIPM 2024 Pentathlon World Championships 2. Continental Qualifications 2023 African/Oceania Championships 2023 European Games 2023 Pan American Games 2023 Asian Games 3. International Ranking Competitions International Ranking Competitions fulfilling the criteria established in article 1.19.2 "Levels of UIPM Competitions" of the UIPM Competition Rules and Regulations.
