    It's hard to really figure out how fit she was tbh. The entire Canadian offence was terrible all tournament.

    I just have no words. This is just incredible. I'm so happy, Canada will forever have a major title in women's football.

    Labbé is the tournament MVP for Canada, easily. Sinclair was almost a non-factor this tournament, but after carrying so many mediocre Canadian teams it's just so good to finally seeing a team carry her.

    After two decades of carrying mediocre Canadian teams, Sinclair gets carried by her teamates (and a ton of luck) to a gold medal. Sweden deserved to win this tournament and match, but Sinclair deserves the heck out of this gold medal for her career. Labbé is a Canadian sporting legend now. I feel so, so bad for Sweden, this was the cruellest way imaginable to lose this. But god I am so happy for this Canadian team.
