The first CDI-W event in Europe sees everyone that finished the Grand Prix grab an MER result. Looking at the calendar, I see there are seven weeks with events in Wellington from January to March. This make it a good place to farm ranking points without the stress of traveling and still have enough time to fly over to Europe (or stay and travel here). However, only Schopf (who's American-born) and Venezuela's Patricia Ferrando competed this week. Perhaps more will attend in two weeks.

hopefully Mehelba will be in great shape in Olympics , that's what really matters now , he's already won WC and WCH gold , but he always choke in Olympics

Josh reacted to phelps in Shooting ISSF World Cup 2023
yeah, but with the new qualification rules for Paris 2024, the World Cup isn't really so competitive as it was before.
many big names are missing and also those who are in Rabat, they're not in very good shape yet (it's so early in the season).
everything was definitely more interesting when direct Olympic Quota Places were up for grabs in any WC stage.
p.s. Mehelba however looks in great shape...hope he can keep it through the whole season...

Jon Rahm wins the Tournament of Champions in Hawaii by two shots over Collin Morikawa.
Morikawa led by 6 shots after three rounds and led Rahm by 9(!) shots after the 1st hole of the final round but collapsed on the back nine.
I read this is only the 9th time a leader has blown a six shot final round lead in PGA history
