  1. They probably didn’t fix it earlier, because they knew it might give them a chance to send two pairings instead of one. It was a “mistake” not a mistake. Whatever, I’ll just add both pairings to the list of athletes I’ll be rooting against during the Olympics
  2. You mean “error”

  6. All I can say is… WOW!
  7. Do you have anything positive to say, ever? The post clearly said she’s injured, and here you are coming up with conspiration theories again
  8. Dumfries saves it on the goal-line
  9. Women’s rugby sevens squad announced. https://olympic.ca/2024/07/10/team-canada-reveals-womens-rugby-sevens-squad-for-paris-2024/ Olivia De Couvreur is the most glaring absence besides injured Sophie De Goede.
  10. Lokedi replaces Kosgei due to injury. https://www.instagram.com/p/C9Pb-AXur1G/?igsh=MWljdnR2ejNwcnZmcg==
  11. Depends on the referees You can’t convince me that Deguchi wasn’t robbed in her bout against Huh at the World Championships, that 3rd shido for Deguchi in golden score was ridiculous. It shouldn’t have even gone to golden score, so many false attacks by Huh throughout the bout. I can totally see her winning a medal and even gold, just not if she’s up against Deguchi.
  12. We also have a history of getting a lot of bronze medals, but it never gets talked about @konig
  13. Mehdi Frere (athletics) Banned for two years due to a whereabouts failure, he’s expected to appeal before the Olympics start. He was selected to the French Olympic team for the marathon.
  14. Vincent is entered in two events, as two athletes are able to compete in the individual event this time around, unlike Tokyo. Gracenote has been known to lowball Canada in terms of medals usually, I think it’ll be much higher than that (not 28-29, more like 25-26) I’m doing a preview of our medal chances in about a week on this club, with an in depth overview, but I agree with a lot of this. There’s some changes I would make, but
