I can remember some pretty bad weeks about the early 2000s. Think we were in the same place three weeks in a row once. Was it Pokljuka?Half of the 2000/01 season was held in Anterselva
They hosted three rounds in December 2000 replacing Hochfilzen, Pokljuka AND Osrblie Then in January they hosted their own scheduled round.

Tracks in Nove Mesto are looking terrible. In fact, they're almost looking non-existing, it's just a brownish mess of what maybe once was snow
There is no snow in this part of Europe so what did you expect? We had more rain than snow this 'winter' in Poland so I suppose Czech Republic is no different.

Pete Buttigieg has pulled out of the Dems nomination race even before Super Tuesday. His inability to attract black voters was the obvious killer.

As I see it and a lot of non Jewish friends as you might think I am bias, Barak Hussein Obama delivered money to Hamas 221m directly to them, in his time in the office he did not slightly helped this area the opposite.
as to Netanyahu his brother’s Yoni Z”L has never been a Factor in any decision he made Ramallah and Gaza are to opposite and their ways and action and while in Ramallah people work have option to work in Israel and chose to talk rather than fight In Gaza the opposite is the correct Obama’s money to the Gaza Strip ,not to Ramallah to Gaza Strip is the proof of him being the tank of oil in the bush fire that this area is, in Trumps administration he has achieved more progress than ever before and for the last part I appreciate your opinion and I suggest you to check this YouTube channel “gil corey shuster” he has a program named “the ask program “ where you can hear people Jewish Muslim Christian from Israel and the Palestinian authority answering good questions from people around the world.
It might change your perspective on this
I read a US political piece but that was over 10 years ago that everything Netanyahu does is fuelled by his anger over his brother's death (esp. when it comes to West Bank settlements). Ramallah, Gaza Strip and Hamas are the resident bad guys but world terrorism has moved forward a lot in the last few years to the point these guys look like complete amateurs. Car bombs and knife attacks don't mean a thing in the global terrorism picture anymore.

The Thailand FIM motorcycle Grand Prix round (March 20th-22nd) has been postponed indefinitely.
It's funny, the first two editions were held in October and they moved it to March this season to bounce off the virus wall.

I was registered on the old forum as well and registered here on March 2, 2016 so one can say I'm here from the start. And my first post was in the Biathlon Discussion thread because obviously it's biathlon Gotta say I had my doubts when the old forum folded but it seems this community has survived the wipeout after all

Obama was one of the least Israel- friendly President that I remember in his last hours at the job he delivered 221m to Hamas who controls Gaza what led to serious conflict and the construction of tunnels from Gaza Strip to Israel’s territory
Yes, I'm well aware of that. Obama wanted none of Netanyahu's aggressive politics and actually didn't fold to the Jewish lobby back in the States. Netanyahu still hasn't gotten over his brother's death and he never will even after 40+ years. This is a bitter old man these days, a complete contrast to what Obama was during his term in office.

Badminton seems like the sport, which most easily cancels events, and it's not even a contact sport.
It's a sport dominated by Asians from the Far East and that's the problem.

Another above-par showing for me in a sport I don't really follow Picking medals for Netherlands and Germany (home advantage) actually worked Also I managed to pick a gold for F.Ganna in the pursuit (which was probably obvious for a cycling fan but not for me ).

I seriously don’t understand why you think that. Jews are one of the most far-left voting blocks in the US.
Because it was Trump who opened the US embassy in Jerusalem and pissed the Arabs right off. Last time I checked pissing the Arabs off is more suitable for the Jews than whether a politician is a left- or right-wing

I kinda noticed I achieve better prediction results in sports I don't follow on a daily basis. I haven't watched bobsleigh & skeleton since WOG 2018 Hell, I don't watch these events outside of the Olympics in general. If luge wasn't on ES, I wouldn't have watched this either!
2nd place is waaay above my expectations. The only bigger shock would be a medal in water polo predictions

Kruchinkina moves from 3rd to 1st after last shooting.

Kamila Zuk has pulled out of the pursuit due to a left calf strain

Would have been tight if the Norwegians had shot clear at the last, but he got away with it.
I'd say Laegreid would have won. Bocharnikov lost a lot of time even before he pulled up on the stadium. From 10.9 km to 12.0 km he lost 10 seconds alone and that would have been the difference after the last shoot.
-
Bocharnikov lost over 10 secs in one kilometer but wins by 6,7 secs.
Laegreid and Bakken on the podium.
-
Strolia with 10 misses
Even Rastorgujevs only had six...
-
And he's good to win.. Laegreid needed five.
-
Two misses for Bocharnikov...

Can miss two and still win
If someone behind him shoots clear that would leave him with what, 10 secs lead? Would be too tight for comfort IMO.
-
Bocharnikov can miss one on the final shoot and still win...

Brignone is already allowed to start every race she wants in the finals...all those with 500+ points in the general standings are automatically qualified for all 4 final races despite her discipline ranking...
Chapter #11 of this document
Oh, yes. I forgot about the FIS total points crap. The lack of all-arounders makes it almost extinct these days.
-
Strolia and Rastorgujevs blow it on the 2nd shooting in the pursuit.
Bocharnikov leads by 27 secs over Khalili at half-distance.

Not if Shiffrin comes back...and after all Crans Montana and La Thuile were not in her schedule even before her father's death.
With Ofterschwang off I don't see her coming back tbh. Though she can easily make up 200 pts on Brignone with the two slaloms left. Same goes for Vlhova obviously.
If Brignone somehow still leads the overall before the Cortina slalom would she be allowed to start in the slalom there? She's 30 pts off Top 25 in slalom standings so she'd need a huge result in Are to qualify by default.
