Maybe in terms of printing a paper with the main accomplishments of the athletes, but when a race finishes he barely knows who got the medals (which is of course mainly due to this idiotic format), there's almost no mention of actual standings in stuff like high jump or long jump (where they talk as if stage 2 is what matters, when in fact it's the total that matters). I'm sad for Buenos Aires for being used as a lab rat with formats like this...

Luckily this awful athletics format has two commentators who have absolutely no idea what is going on, so it's even more freaking impossible to follow it!

watching Bolivia-Portugal in futsal. Bolivia started playing with flying GK very early and conceded two more goals very early at the end of 1st half but the funny thing is they don't even bother to replace the GK when they lose the ball. they just continue like that the final result will be something 20-1 for Portugal if Bolivia continues to play stupid like this. taking risk and trying your best to win the match is something but being stupid and getting humiliated is something else.

I don't know how it has been for you guys, but I'm watching yesterday's athletics now and it's just goddamn impossible to follow it with these combined times/distances...I mean, it would be 'somewhat' ok to follow it if at least they have full live graphics before, during and after every single attempt and heat, but even the graphics are terrible. In half the attempts the 'Total' (if they even show the 'Total', which they mostly don't) only shows the result of stage 1 for example, and not even once have I seen a simply list of current standings being shown after, for example, one attempt. This is a major failure.

I think the same yesterday when our male dobles fo tennis defeat the mix team of Australia/Bulgaria, how many times our players train together and how many times the mix team do the same?, a very strong advantage for our team.......

This mixed teams format in table tennis is severely flawed. The Japanese team is playing against "Europe 1" team (Serbia and Sweden). The Serbian girl lost the first match, but the Swedish guy had a very convincing win in the second match. Then they are forced to play doubles against a Japanese pair who had the chance to train together for months. Really fair, yeah.

to be honest you have to look at current world championship medals we have won to determine the true likely hood of medals . there is thread in totally olympics http://results.totallympics.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=916 currently we just have 3 world championship medals ( 1 - shooting, 1- weightlifting , 1- badminton, ) add I think 1 medal in wrestling which we would get in november possibly , you could make it 4 ........ possibly I feel sourabh missed the senior WC medal because he was in the junior team so I would add one extra medal in shooting but that is it ......... we could be 5 medals .......anything extra would be lucky and completely dependent on form ....... But the current group of atheletes in the youth would be hitting the senior level ( possibly barring manu and sourabh ) only by 2024 ........ By 2024 we could be seeing 5-6 medals in shooting , possibly 3-4 medals in wrestling and 2-3 in womens boxing 1-2 in badminton based on the current juniors ....... jeremy may be a potent force in weightlifting and possibly 1-2 even in atheletics and 1-2 from other sports like tt, archery,tennis ................. so i think we would be seeing 12-18 medals then....... but you will have to be more patient
