  3. And I just got an e-mail as well. Better late than never. I don’t know yet if i buy anything, we’ll see.
  4. These are olympic champions in certain events. Imagine that all these champions are on the top of their game at the very same moment in time. Who would have won gold?
  5. Is athletics evening session on Monday Aug 5th (the one that includes W 800m final) still available???
  6. No, rather not. That would be a very difficult thing to do. In 1984 we can compare LA results with Friendships Games. In 1980 it would be much more difficult. We can look at season top lists for athletics or swimming. But other sports would be a mystery.

  15. Didn't get my e-mail. So I think I sort-of stopped believing. Maybe they know that i'm not really sure if i want to go, that's why i'm not invited LOL... I must admit that I don't know of anyone from Poland who was lucky in this "draw" but i'm not active on any Polish forums so maybe i missed sth here. Well, let's wait and see.
  16. So President Biden is leaving Warsaw today. Well, there was said a lot about UKR, BLR, RUS so no need to repeat myself I think. Here in Poland, from Polish persperctive, we have this sort-of "Quiet Before the Storm" feeling. Hopefully i'm overreacting but if i'm wrong, that's good in this case. If it is a better scenario lying ahead - I will be "pleasantly disappointed". Anyway, even if we are not in the danger zone yet and we won't get there immediately, I can say sth like this: today is 22/02/2023. And imagine that this is 22/02/1923. From this perspectiive year 2039 (aka 1939) looks pretty long time ahead... but... well, we can't do much about it, the only thing we can do is to move abroad before it's hot here. Today we stay. And that's all for now. My best greetings to all the users from stay safe please. hopefully your country was mentioned repeatly during last days' events for no real reason. And eventually nothing's gonna happen in Kiszyniów (Chisinau/Kishinev) and around.
  17. Wow! Good luck for both of you! Enjoy your life together!!! :-)

  19. Oh, I really like this course. Is it flat? (not sure about Buda part here) Thanks for sharing
  20. I need to be at work tomorrow. But some of my colleagues/friends will be there in Warsaw to observe Biden's speech. Not much expectations though. But hopefully we'll be surprised. Anyway, after today - we think he'll be running for a 2nd term, if he's healthy.
