  1. 12 (I agree though)
  2. I think 18 is young enough actually. There's always exceptions, but there are way too many 16-year olds who are in no way responsible enough to vote, drink or smoke weed. There are 18-year olds like that too obviously, but probably significantly less than 16-year olds.
  3. The more I watch this, the more I like it I'm still a bit confused on some things though (like, what's the exact role of the landing zone in terms of rules?).
  4. No legal drinking until you're 21, but driving when you're 16 is ok
  5. Monaco's billionaire Russian owner gets arrested for corruption (surprise) right before the match and suddenly they lose, at home, to Club Brugge of all places 0-4
  6. They can vote for all of these things today? Interesting, although I've got a feeling a lot of these things are measures people vote for without spending more than two minutes to look at the pros and cons..
  7. Thanks, I knew Omega and Tissot, didn't know Longines as a good source yet
  8. Great, day 1, all 6 Dutch athletes out basically immediately, including Tyron Lardy, ranked 6th in the world and Timothy Petersen, who won European bronze last year and now lost against a Colombian who's 300th or something (although to be fair, Petersen injured his foot last month and only barely made the world champs)
  9. That sportdata website is so ridiculously slow An athlete's profile like this takes forever to load (and it's not even a good one, it doesn't even show their birth date for example ) http://setopen.sportdata.org/wkfranking/ranking_main_competitor.php?ranking_country=COL&ranking_competitor=&ranking_competitor_name=SINISTERRA SINISTERRA CARLOS ALBERTO
  10. That's both rather amusing and kinda sad Especially sad from the driver or taxi company or whatever to go and post it online
  11. Where can the results be found (quickly)? I know FIG used to have a good website for results, but the event page nowadays shows no link to results. Edit: I know results will eventually be on the Totallympics results portal, but I'm talking about the official place so I don't have to wait for someone to have time to post them
  12. Sure, football, athletics, hockey, why not just throw everything on the ice?
  13. They probably do, not everyone can have a double digit percent chance, much like you can't have ten people with a 40% chance to win a medal
  14. The 1/16 + 1/8 finals video isn't working anymore. Luckily it's still watchable on OC (which is where I'm watching now), but thought I'd mention it
  15. Maybe he was, until he got into boxing...
  16. Armenian being a tad too optimistic, don't see that coming.
  17. Mendez going from 190 to 200 to 210 (which he then failed). He is a man of big increments, last year he started with 203, then went to 214 which he missed....and to 221 which he missed too
  18. By the way, I adore the live graphics (now even one in the top left corner during the lift!), but one important thing is still missing: showing the total weight after a CJ attempt, not completely unimportant Meaning I still have to keep up my work on manually following every attempt to know how it's actually going and who needs to do what (since using the scoreboard is A) spoilering the results and B) not showing the order of standings)
  19. Can coaches change the weight only two times per attempt (because then that paper is full)?
  20. We have arrived at Britney Spears music...
  21. Just like last year when he had a huge margin on the rest (except for Rostami who then bombed out in CJ, haha).
  22. Mudreuski is done it seems
  23. Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Hong Kong, cool
  24. Well if he's dead set on proving his innocence, he can always go to CAS, which doesn't have much to do with a fight between Italian sports leaders.
