    That's actually a lot more often than I thought Although I guess a big part of that is due to a very limited number of teams in the tournament, since almost all of them are long ago.

    I would have given a card...until Neymar acted like his foot got amputated. If Neymar is good enough to continue playing, he overreacted again and should get a card. Card for both, or card for none.

    As I just read somewhere else, this opens up the way nicely for something like Formula E's 'Fan Boost', where fans vote on social media and the three most voted drivers get a one-time extra power boost during the race (awfully annoying because it's almost always the same, most popular drivers from big countries who get it, but alright). In the Tour de France this could be done by letting fans vote, and the most voted riders can go nuts and inject everything they want for the next stage
