By my calculation, I think it will go to Egypt - Algeria needed to finish 21st in order to gain enough points to overtake Egypt and they came up just short in 22nd.  

I know you’re sad about the final result especially against an extremely winnable opponent in Azerbaijan, but Poland making the final (and defeating a quality team in Netherlands) was a great result for them, they performed well above their level throughout the entire tournament. Chin up, they’re in with a chance at the future OQTs! 
 
P.S you’re not alone, us Canadians have had countless frustrating results during the Olympic qualifying period, so I feel for you.

As always this is the worst part of these last months before Olympics - almost everyday news on who will miss the games due to injury… ☹️

Third direct last quota match defeat for within a month after Jedináková losing both boxing semifinal and 3rd place match, Salkazanov obviously losing the wrestling semifinal last weeend and now our mixed double losing the final.
