  1. Now the Millenial version of the barn raising sequence from “Seven Non tradidionalist empowered brides for seven non macho brothers”
  2. So far, awful pace. First segment was called “Workout app meets windows media player”
  3. Lechuga advancing to QF & skipping repechage is good enough
  4. Good chance for Mexican team to fight for the medals. It will be hard for individuals, but again in 2012, Roman and a teenage Avitia proved the world Koreans aren’t undefeatable.
  5. Good game for Mexico, but they missed their chances to win. Hope this team performs better against their other rivals. Thanks everyone cheering for my country
  6. One would think the Olympic Solidarity money could be used to avoid this elbarrasing things. Instead is used to pay for luxury accomodation and prostitutes for Bach & Co. (plus all the Aussie dollars already given by Brisbane)
  7. 1. Ruth Castillo (Rhythmic Gymnastics), Daniel Delgadillo (Men's Open Water Swimming) & Baseball Team 2. Women's Rhythmic Gymnastics Group, Ignacio Prado (Track Cycling), Marcos Madrid & Yadira Silva (table tennis)
  8. MEXICO - 157 (+4 substitutes in football and 1 in equestrian) 92 Men (+5 substitutes) 65 Women 3rd largest ever delegation, after Mexico 1968 & Munich 1972
  9. Good job I wish this team goes to the Olympics. It is on another ñevel compared to the rest of the field.
  10. Pinch me if I'm dreaming, but I think Mexico just beat Russia in basketball and advanced to semis
  11. Y justo ahorita volley playa con Gaxiola-Rubio. Bien por Castaño, solo espero se puedan sumar otros nadadores.
  12. & get the last two places in the women’s tournament.
  13. in women’s & in men’s get the African spots.
  14. Then why put a knight riding a horse on the coat of arms?
  15. Great Olympic spirit rom Arthur Lannigan-O’Keeffe. I hope he recovers fine and can see him in Paris. However Alvaro was allocated a place in the original list, so he should have tagged Duilio Carrillo, who was confirmed today by both UIPM & COM So +1 quota for Mexico @hckošice @Benolympique
  16. Rommel Pacheco (diving) & Gaby López (golf) @Braulio @RiSeGwangFan I’m glad for Rommel, he was also my choice for the position. As for Lopez, it is an odd choice, I’d rather pick Ruth Castillo or Alexa Moreno. I’m not against the two flagbearer system, but it should be a free decision not a demand from Bach.
  17. Just expel tennis from the Olympics, along football & golf, and give their quotas to other sports. What a joke from most players.
  18. Any news on Chinese team @Vic Liu?
  19. Only for those placed 9th and below. For example, had only 6 NOC’s advanced to quarterfinals in men’s, then right now eligible eightfinal losers will be shooting for the last spot.
  20. Another federation that can’t read their own rules. Both host quota and tripartite reallocation were supposed to go to best NOCs from qualification round at 2019 World Championships. was screwed in women’s & in men’s, while was given a men quota instead of women.
  21. So I guess Abel/Beaulieu-Citrini in women’s 3m, and Riendau/Szombor-Murray in men’s platform?
